In this paper, eight cultivars of Armeniaca vulgaris such as'YouxuanⅠ','YouxuanⅡ','Hongfeng','Xinshiji','Lanzhoudajiexing','Luotuohuang','Katy', and'Jintaiyang'. Dormant sticks with the natural cooling in winter. Flower treated with 0℃, -2℃, -4℃and -6℃. Young fruits treated with 0℃,-2℃and -4℃. We measure the physiologicals and biochemical indicators, like the the relative conductivity, MDA, proline content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, the activity of peroxidase, catalase activity, hydrogen peroxide content, superoxide dismutase, superoxide anion production rate,branch water, the pollen of lifer, browning rate. With a view to reveal the cold hardiness of the most important factors. Principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the approach of cold hardiness reveals differences. The results showed that:1. Dormant sticks with the cold temperature and the decrease of various physiological indicators aggravated a marked change has occurred. The results show that: SOD, CAT, POD higher activity conducive to dormant sticks cold hardiness; proline, soluble proteins, soluble sugar content higher dormant sticks to cold hardiness; MDA content and the content of hydrogen peroxide and superoxide higher anion production rate increases will further harm plant tissue cells. Dormant sticks in the cold hardiness of the most important factors are: soluble protein content, superoxide dismutase activity and the activity of hydrogen peroxide, hydrogen peroxide content, the relative conductivity, and several indicators, the contribution rate of 36 per cent. By analyzing the eight Cultivars tested for cold hardiness of fruit sort:'Katy'>'YouxuanⅡ'>'Hongfeng'>'Xinshiji'>'Luotuohuang'>'Jintaiyang'>'YouxuanⅠ'> Lanzhou dajiexing.2. The tested cultivars of flowering semi-lethal temperature (LT50) were: -4.87℃, -5.44℃, -5.65℃,-4.32℃, -4.76℃, -4.39℃, -2.57℃, -5.45℃. SOD, CAT, POD higher activity conducive to flower cold hardiness; proline, soluble proteins, soluble sugar content also conducive to higher flower cold hardiness; MDA content and the content of hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion increase the production rate increase further harm plant tissue cells. Floral organ cold hardiness in the process of the most important factors are: soluble protein content, superoxide di smutase activity, superoxide anion production rate, the activity of catalase and peroxidase activity, hydrogen peroxide content, ammonia Preserved acid content, MDA, pollen of life, its contribution rate of 56%. By analyzing the eight cultivars tested for cold hardiness of fruit sort:'Hongfeng'>'YouxuanⅠ'>'YouxuanⅡ'>'Katy'>'Luotuohuang'>'Xinshiji'>'Lanzhoudajiexing'>'Jintaiyang'..3. The tested cultivars of young fruits semi-lethal temperature (LT50) were:-1.19℃, -1.23℃, -1.02℃, -0.87℃, -2.86℃, -0.75℃, -0.97℃, -0.67℃. SOD, POD, CAT had higher activity, the cold hardiness will be better, and the pro, soluble sugar, soluble protein content increased to enhance hardiness of cultivars, and theMDA content and the content of hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion increase the production rate increase further harm plant tissue cells. From the analysis the order of hardiness of apricot youny fruits at different cultivars were:'Lanzhoudajiexing'>'YouxuanⅡ'>'YouxuanⅠ'>'Hongfeng'>'Katy'>'Xinshiji'>'Luotuohuang'>'Jintaiyang'.4. Based on a comprehensive analysis each cultivars tested for cold hardiness sort was:'YouxuanⅡ'>'Hongfeng'>'Katy'>'YouxuanⅠ'>'Luotuohuang'>'Xinshiji'> Lanzhou dajiexing >'Jintaiyang'.
