This test take the kernel apricot three hosts one, Youyi,Baiyubian,Longwangmao reproductive organ as experimental materials,. The cold resistant physiological index change has carried on the determination and the analysis comparison to its reproduction growth process Anti-cold/cold-resistance comprehensively were evaluated by subordinate function values analysis.Primary conclusions are as follows:1.The electrolyte seeping out rate determination result showed that, forces under the low temperature, the kernel apricot reproductive organ electrolyte seeping out rate intensifies along with the low temperature increases, indicated the low temperature may cause the reproductive organ cell membrane penetrability to increase, has the ion revelation, produces membrane injury. The different reproductive organ the electrolyte seeping out rate size is different under the identical low temperature, the performance is: dormant bud〉flower bud〉blooming flower〉full flower〉young fruit。The young fruit is most sensitive to low temperature, and easy to cause the membrane damage, Critical temperature of Longwangmao,Youyi and Baiyubian'young fruit starting to suffer the membrane injury respectively are -1℃, -2℃, -3℃.2.Determines half lethal temperature LT50 according to the electrolyte seeping out rate coordinating Logistic equation: Cold-resistance of different reproductive organ is different, half lethal temperature LT50 difference to be obvious, the cold-resistant order is: dormant bud〉flower bud〉blooming flower〉full flower〉young fruit. Longwangmao dormant bud' LT50 is -25.7℃, flower bud' LT50 is -19.4℃, blooming flower LT50 is -12.6℃, full flower ' LT50 is -8.7℃, young fruit's LT50 is -3.9℃;Youyi dormant bud' LT50 is -28.7℃, flower bud' LT50 is -20.5℃, blooming flower LT50 is -15.2℃, full flower' LT50 is - 10.10℃, young fruit's LT50 is -4.5℃; Baiyubian dormancy ormant bud' LT50 is -31.2℃, flower bud' LT50 is -21.4℃, blooming flower LT50 is -16.4℃, full flower' LT50 is -9.7℃, young fruit's LT50 is -5.1℃.
