With the rapid development of apple planting and processing, the output of apple pomace has not only did it influced the durational development of fruit industry, but also contaminated environment. From the view of resource utilization, the essay studied the mixture of strains and the optimization of technical conditions during the process of fulvic acid fermentation. Through the indoor germination tests, pot tests and field experiments, the essay researched the impact and application of maize seed coating, which is fulvic acid as the main raw material.The results showed as follows:1,Complex microbial community for the fulvic acid fermentation was made by mixing Trichoderma viride,Saccharo spp,Bacillus subtilist,Pseudomona sp. The fermentations were carried out to look for a combination of microbial community with the highest activities, and the results indicated that the optimum ratio of preparation of complex microbial community for composting was Trichoderma viride: Saccharo spp: Bacillus subtilist: Pseudomona sp =1:1:2:2.2,The primary technical parameters of the fulvic acid fermentation were optimized. Basing on single factor experiment, the optimum fermentation conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiments as follows: inoculation quantity as 5%, moisture content as 50%, urea adding quantity as 2%, fermentation time as 25 days.3,Through the indoor germination tests, the essay studied seed germination potential, germination percentage, seedling length, root length and other parameters, and determined the best formula of fertilizer and micro-fertilizer: 100ml fulvic solution including urea 20g, KH2PO4 4g; FeSO4·7H2O 11g, ZnSO4 8.5g, Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 8g, boric acid 12g.4,Through the indoor germination tests and pot tests, The primary technical parameters of the complex maize seed coating were optimized. Basing on single factor experiment, the optimum conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiments as follows: drug/seed as 1:30, coating time as 10min, CMC adding quantity as 0.5g/100ml. 5,Through the field experiments, the essay studied the application of complex maize seed coating.
