This research is based on collecting the intestines of grass carps at different ages feeding on different foods,assembling the contents of different pieces of intestines and the intestine parietal,segregating,purifying,and identifying the advantageous bacteria.And straw fermentation experiment has been done to determine the quota of nutrition of the products fermented for fodder and to obtain the bacteria that can effectively decompose fiber and improve the nutritional value of the products fermented.At last the two kinds of bacteria that can effectively decompose the amount of fiber and promote the fat and protein in the products fermented have been acquired.The process and results of the research are as follows:1.Through culturing,segregating and purifying the intestine bacteria,8 kinds of bacteria have been picked out and acquired.2.By accounting the number of the bacteria under the microscope directly,the number of the bacteria in the content remaining in the grass carps' intestines is 2.2×10~8~3.4×10~8 cell/g,the number of the parietal bacteria is 0.5×10~6~1.0×10~6 cell/g under the condition of emptiness.3.The most suitable pH tested for culturing the bacteria is 6.8.4.Morphological observations and physiological and biochemical reactions of the 8 bacteria have been carried out,the results are:A is Bacillus cereus,B is Bacillus megaterium, C is Pseudomonas aeruginosa,D is Pseudomonas putida,E is Escherichia coli,F is Cytophaga johnsonae,G is Cytophagaceae,H is Enterobacteriaceae.5.Medicinal testion of the 8 bacteria has been done to analyze the effect of medicine on the tested bacteria.It aims at providing experimental evidences to prove the effect of medicine on the composition of fish's intestinal fungus group and then the effect it has on fish living.6.Straw fermentation of the 8 bacteria has been conducted to test the enzyme vigor of products,and to find out:The Bacillus megaterium and Enterobacteriaceae's FPA enzyme vigor is higher than other bacterial strain,It is 0.502 mg/mL and 0.381mg/mL respectively;The Bacillus cereus and Enterobacteriaceae'sCMC enzyme vigor is higher than other bacterial strain,It is 0.135 mg/mL and 0.145mg/mL respectively;The Bacillus megaterium and Enterobacteriaceae'sβ-glucose glucoside enzyme vigor is higher than other bacterial strain,It is 0.163 mg/mL and 0.153mg/mL respectively.7.Determine the content of absorbing moisture,thick fat,thick albumen,coarse fibre and thick ash content that 8 kinds of advantage bacterial strain straw ferment separately,through compare with blank control group analyze,the Bacillus megaterium and Enterobacteriaceae's fermented result is best.
