The Occurrence And Integrated Management Of Pests On Garden Plants In Changsha

Some typical regions were selected which can presentative of Changsha garden plants' features,and investigate the pests on the garden plants of these regions,which included the highway green belt,orchards,fiver areas,parks,gardens,lawns and plant nurseries,and at the same time,lots of correlative literatures were read,the main species' integrated management technology were summarized too.By investigating to use the survey sampling and pest-killing lamp overview trapp killing,the results showed that there are 319 varieties pests,belonged to Lepidoptera, Homoptera,Coleptera,Hemiptera,Acarina,Orthoptera,Isoptera,Thysanoptera, Hymenoptera and Diptera,numbers of species were 139,72,68,20,10,7,5,4,3 and 1, respectively.In all the garden plants surveyed,mainly destroy pests belonged to branch-borers,leaf-eating pests and piercing-suching pests.Branch-borers such as many Cersmbyxuda,Cossidae,Buprestidae,Eucryptorrhynchus chinensis;leaf-eating pests such as Geometridae and Pyralidae pests;piercing-suching pests such as Phytophthria,Mites, Scale pests,Whitefly,Leafhopper,Thrip and so on.Throught investigating,it was knowed the main garden plants pest species and endangering of Changsha.The problems between garden pests occurrence and comprehensive prevention were discussed,which were pointed out the main garden pests occurred trend and summarized the main garden pests of comprehensive prevention methods.At the same time studied demagement characters and control measures on the main species of termites in changsha Binhu Community.The results of this study had important values to comprehensive prevention on the garden plant pests and will be better to the further research for Changsha and the periphery area.
