Super hybrid rice was one of the important cereal crops in our country, The research of auxin action mechanism was very important to descript the mechanism of super high yielding super hybrid rice. Chinese scientists, as Yuan Longping representative of them, were struggling to achieve 2015 production target of 13.5t·hm-2. Auxin is the first found plant hormones, which is involved in regulation of plant growth and development in many areas.The auxin receptor TIR1, which is the key protein in the Aux/IAA degrade pathway of the 26S proteasome and combine with auxin directly when form SCFTIR1 complex. The research of auxin receptor was a key to the research of auxin action mechanism.In this research, Based on in silicon cloning and bioinformatics analysis, Super hybrid rice parental lines Zhu 1 S was used as material, after RT-PCR and T-A clone, a 2219bp Zhu 1 S TIR1 full-length cDNA sequencec was obtained. Sequence was submitted to GenBank, and its accession number is EU400583. Protein primary structure, secondary structure, tertiary structure, transmembrane regions, Signal peptide and Functional domain prediction for EU400583, and compared with the Arabidopsis thaliana TIR1. The results showed that both of them were very similar in property, structure and function. Moreover, this comparison proves the EU400583 was the Zhu 1 S TIR1 full-length cDNA sequencec once again.
