Super hybrid rice is a rice variety which grows in many areas in our country, It had made a great success in the domain of super high yield breeding at present, abscisic acid binding protein Studies is a important approach of abscisic acid receptor studies, abscisic acid receptor studies is a hot research topic of abscisic acid singnal transduction studies, it has made some achievements in the recent years. Employment of bioinformatics, molecular biology and genetics method, research on the abscisic acid Mg-chelatase H subunit obtained assistance.In this research, based on bioinformatics analysis, the cDNA coding Mg-chelatase H subunit of Arabidopsis thaliana was used to search in Oryza Sativa nucleotide database and Oryza Sativa EST database, analysised the search result by bioinformatics method, the rice CHLH cDNA sequence was obtained. Super Hybrid Rice Female Parental Lines Zhu 1S was used as material for extracting total RNA and reversely transcripting to cDNA, We design the specific primers from the Oryza sativa CHLH cDNA, And amplify cDNA by PCR. After T-A clone, a 1350 bp and 871bp sequence was obtained, and submitted the 1350bp sequence to Genbank database. Its accession number is EU569725.
