The material of ramie species of nine kinds and two variations from China were used to study agriculture properties,the structure and outward appearance from of fiber cell,fiber chemical composition,and physics performance of wild Boehmeria.The main results were as follows:1.There were varying degrees of significance level difference to agronomic charaters of Boehmeria.The plant weight was marked negative correlation to fiber fineness and the raw fiber weight had distinct negative correlation to fiber fineness and fiber filament elongation,but the raw fiber weight was positive correlation to fiber filament and filament strength degree.The B.longispica from hubei had a batter output,at the same time,which had a value to reform and apply.2.There were varying degrees of significance level difference to different Boehmeria plants intersecting surface fiber cell;The diameter of fiber cell had positive correlation to fiber filament strength and filament strength degree,the indexes of fiber cell to cross section of ramie stem had negative correlation to fiber fineness.The length between tubercle of fiber to B.nivea var.nipononivea more lower than that of B.nivea var.nivea,also the ratio to cell wall and cavity footpath to B.madopiylla var niponcnivea more lower than that of B.nivea var.nivea,which had a good apply valuable.The length between tubercle of fiber had marked positive correlation to fiber fineness and fiber fineness had negative correlation to the indexes of fiber cell except the length between tubercle of fiber,it had distinct positive correlation to fiber fineness.3.The outward appearance form of fiber cell to Boehmeria plants;there were circular,ellipse,polygon and kidney tyoe and so on to fiber cell of stem intersecting surface.The shan fibre cell was a long line font,this was circle of one end,another end was more thinner than point,axial of fibre did not divide evenly,had obvious direction protuberance and groove,warping or flat banding of memorial was appearing to varying degrees of fiber,and there were outside dashing tubercle and bogged down tubercle and smooth tubercle type,which distributing on fiber.4.There were difference of physic properties index to fiber of Boehmeria plants. The contents of hem icellulose to B.madopiylla var niponcnivea was the min,had a little of it,which was 13.4%;the contents of lignln to B.nivea var.nipononivea was the min,which was 0.74%;The content of wax-lipid and cellulose had positive correlation to the physical properity of fiber,and the content of hem cellulose and lignln had negative correlation to the physical properity of fiber.5.There were difference of physic properties index to fiber of Boehmeria plants. The fiber fineness of B.madopiylla vat camescensa,B.madopiylla camescens, B.madopiylla var niponenivea,which all were much more than that of B.nivea var.nivea,at the same time,they had a better apply value.
