The ultra-weak chemiluminescence of Biology(Ultra-weak Photon Emission,shorted for UPE;another wording for the Ultra-weak Luminescence,referred to as UWL;) phenomenon in nature is widespread,with the development of photon detection technology,People have been found all organisms,from bacteria to man have a very weak radiation,called ultra-weak Bioluminescence.Biology ultra-weak luminescence phenomenon is present in all living life as a universal phenomenon,including plants, animals and other people as well as organisms.At the same time,it is also a reflection of various biological metabolic.This article is based on understanding and research on biology ultra-weak luminescence phenomenon,along with ultra-weak luminescence in the agricultural and other different fields' applications,determining to use the basis of ultra-weak luminescence could reflect the activity of seed as to seed sorting technology project,and further research and improvement of technology and equipment will be done in time.Set up materials supplying,detecting or hardware drivers,such as instrument systems,as well as by the virtual instrument technology-based data acquisition and PC,Under-bit machine composed of the communication program such software systems.Through a large number of tests are carried on continuous detection and assessment on apparatus in the overall usefulness.Seed sorting finally achieve the accuracy and integrity of laboratory equipment.The full texts of the main contents are as follows:1.Analyzing the shortage and developmental trend of the existing seed sorting technologies.Through studying the mechanism of biology ultra-weak luminescence" metabolic luminescence" and "correlated radiation",as well as the color identification (RGB) sort principle,providing a theoretical basis for designing the seed sorting photoelectric device.Finding from among,the seed sorting photoelectric device will become the direction of the grain sort' s development in further,on account of its high speed,high precision,automation.This paper combine the ultra-weak luminescence with the color identification technology,designed the corn seed sorting photoelectric device, laying the technical basis for corn seed product ional continuous and large quantity activity sorting.2.Analyzing the status quo of domestic and international super weak luminescence and color sorting detective technique to determine the core sensors:photomultiplier tube as the super-weak luminescence sensor,TCS230 as color recognition sensor,phototransistor as the induction sensor of maize seed.Every sensor has small size,low power consumption,reliable work.3.In accordance with the functions,this device can be divided into the following modules:the detective module,single-grain conveyor module,sorting-device module and power-device module.The detective module use dual sensors photomultiplier tubes and TCS230 perfected the function of maize seed photoelectric sorting device,can sort from two aspects on activity and color of corn seed.The single-grain conveyor module is composed of cote-hole wheel seeding apparatus and vibration motor to achieve single transmission of maize seed.Though experiment and research find that the corn seed delivery accuracy of a single particle can be achieved more than 99.0%when detective rate is 90 pieces per minute.The sorting-device model controls the switch-cylinder to high-speed select seeds by using the popular high-speed solenoid valve.The power-device module is composed of stepper motor drive and support structure mainly.The scope of the speed control module is 1~99r/min,so that regulating the speed easily.Above modules are installed in the center of detective room of the device,the device has compact structure, work safety and reliable performance.4.The working software is divided into lower computer and upper computer two parts.The upper computer software adopts modularization design philosophy.The lower computer uses assembly language to compile to complete the data collection and transmission,achieve communications between lower computer and upper computer,this paper introduces multi-machine serial communications,PC as host computer,AT89C51 and AT89C2051 as hypostasis computers,so as to achieve communications ultra-weak luminescence of corn seed information and color information with the host computer,in order to provide the original data for host computer.The upper computer program compiled with LabVIEW8.5 is divided into communication module,data acquisition module,data storage modules,data processing module,to fulfill data acquisition,data analysis,data storage,show and output of results of functions etc..5.In order to ensure the stability of the device,a variety of anti-interference measures are introduced refer to the aspects of hardware and software.Such as C14 rectification light source,shielding,lineal design of circuit etc..The application of anti-interference measures in the debugging process,Found that the seed corn photoelectric sorting device is more stable and reliable.6.Testing the hardware and researching the experiment of device.Testing experiment test the temperature control system of ultra-weak luminescence detective unit,TCS230 drive pulse waveform and frequency,concluding that the temperature of sample room of ultra-weak luminescence can be controlled within±0.5℃at room temperature.In this time,photomultiplier tube has a reliability work.Through testing the drive waveform pulse and frequency,find that the waveform has a well symmetry and the errors of frequency are within 10%.With experimental study of the device to determine the speed of sorting,shows that when the rate of single-channel separation is higher than 80~90/min, the selective effect will drop obviously,the rate of separation is less than 95%.Using Virtual Instrument LabVIEW,the Index Fitting Confidence Intervals(NI_AALPro.lvlib: Exponential Fit Intervals.ⅵ) node to complete establishment of testing standards.Using LIBSVM2.89 to optimize,amend and forecast sort results,Result display that the separation rate of this device could be to 95.2 percent. In sum,this paper has designed a corn seed sorting photoelectric device,which can meet the needs for rapid detection of quality of corn seeds and lay the technical basis for large quantities and continuous activated sort of corn seed production.The entire structure is compact,the software and hardware's modular design of the circuit are able to improve the efficiency of the device.Repeatability errors are less,the accuracy of detection is high through several times' sampling,and the design meets the anticipated requirements.
