For the distribution condition inquiring into turban area milk cow mastitis aetiology,charge providing the theory basis for defending against clinically, 98 pathogenic microorganism, which isolated from 77 milk samples of 33 milk cow in 5 cattle farms in Baotou region,are identificated by biochemical methods as 22 Staphtococcus aureus (22/98),Staphtococcus epidermis (12/98),Staphtococcus saprophyte (7/98), Streptococcus agalactiae (1/98), Streptococcus udder (2/98), Streptococcus lactis (3/98), Streptococcus faecium (6/98), Coynebacterium bovis(2/98), Microzyme(2/98), Escherichia coli (13/98), Klebsiella sp. (8/98), Proteus sp. (9/98), Shigella Chalmers (2/98) ,Enterobacter aerogenes (4/98), Serratia sp (3/98). Furthermore, 22 pathogenyes by hemolysis were selected to test the sensitive to 15 kinds of antibacterial. The result indicate that Klebsiella sp. is highly pathogenic and lethal than others pathogenic microorganism.
