Bovines mastitis is one of the most common diseases in production and breeding.People have invested a lot of manpower, material resources, and financial resources in the prevention and treatment of mastitis, but the incidence of mastitis remains high, bringing the dairy industry The huge economic losses have seriously affected the overall development of dairy farming. The cause of bovine mastitis is complex, and the number and types of pathogenic microorganisms are numerous. With the development of intensive rearing, the etiology and pathogenic microorganisms present regional characteristics. This experiment selected Guanzhong in Shaanxi Province: Meixian County in Baoji,Huayin County in Weinan and Yangling County in Xianyang.Three farms in Guanzhong District of Shaanxi City were investigated for cause of the disease, and 30,13 and 14 clinical milk samples were collected from 3 cattle farms for pathogen isolation and drug susceptibility testing of major pathogens. The following results were obtained:1.The incidence of mastitis in bovines in the three cattle farms in the Guanzhong district of Shaanxi was the highest in April(5.43%).The incidence rate increased with parity, and the incidence of difficult-to-produce bovines was highest under the different production conditions of birth, dystocia, and miscarriage(37.68%);The results of the survey on the incidence of udder milk showed that there was no significant difference in the milk area before and after, and the incidence rate of the right udder area was high(56.14%)in the left udder area.2.Among the three cattle farms selected during the trial,57 cases of clinical mastitis milk samples were randomly selected.Eight kinds of pathogenic bacteria were isolated during the experiment, including 70 strains of Escherichia coli, and 33 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae. One strain of Citrobacter krogenii,8 strains of Staphylococcus aureus,2 strains of Tetragenococcus,5 strains of Bacillus cereus,6 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii, and 4 strains of Saccharomyce.Among them, the highest isolation rate of Escherichia coli was 44.29%.3.The main pathogenic bacteria were tested for drug susceptibility. The results showed that Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,Acinetobacter baumannii and Bacillus cereus had strong resistance to penicillin and ampicillin.Moderate resistance to tetracycline;sensitive to other commonly used antibiotics.
