The clinical bovine mastitis is a kind of infectious disease, mostly caused by non-special pathogenic microorganism, shows obvious symptom in udder and latex. In this experiment, 98 pathogenic microorganism, which isolated from 77 milk samples of 33 milk cow in 5 cattle farms in Huhhot region, are identificated by biochemical methods as 22 Staphtococcus aureus (22/98),Staphtococcus epidermis (12/98),Staphtococcus saprophyte (7/98),Streptococcus agalactiae (1/98),Streptococcus udder (2/98),Streptococcus lacti(s3/98),Streptococcus faecium(6/98),Coynebacterium bovis (2/98),Microzyme (2/98),Escherichia coli (13/98),Klebsiella sp. (8/98),Proteus sp. (9/98),Shigella Chalmer(s2/98),Enterobacter aerogenes (4/98),Serratia sp (3/98).18 pathogenic microorganism by biological properties were selected, which diluted by disinfectant physiological brine.23±1 ㎏ healthy small white mice are respectively injected by abdomen route with 0.5ml per mouse of 9 hundreds million per ml bacterial suspensive liquld . Furthermore, 22 pathogenyes by hemolysis were selected to test the sensitive to 15 kinds of antibacterial. The result indicate that Klebsiella sp. is highly pathogenic and lethal than others pathogenic microorganism. All the cases show similer typical symptom in gross and histopathology, such as weaker color and frailer texture liver, shrunken volume and fuscous spleen, inhomogeneous color and frailer texture kidney, purulent and necrotic chorion, bleeding and inhomogeneous lung, as well as bleeding and necrotic inflammation, serious damage of cell component in liver, spleen, lung, kidney, thymus, galactophore, heart, large intestine and duodenum. The result indicate that the isolated pathogenic microorganism have stronger pathogenicity;furthermore, are more sensitive to Ciproloxacin,Chloramphenicol, neomycin,Rifampin,Spectinomycin;in sequence are sensitive to Streptomycin,Centamicin,Kanamycin,Erythromycin, but have the emergence of anti-medication to penicillin,Amoxycilli,Sulfamethoxozole,Tetracycline.
