In order to improve Xiangxi-yellow-cattle,eight ADG-QTL which closely linked microsatellite markers was used to analyzed Xiangxi-yellow-cattle and four imported crossed cattle(Limousin,1.The hybrid cattle weight, body size were significantly improved to the Xiangxi yellow cattle(P<0.05 ),which to Simmental hybrid improved the best effect, the rate of heterosis size followed by Simmental>limousin>Charolai>Angus.2.There were 69,72,67 and 57 alleles was detected at 8 loci in the four diffetent cross cattle the varieties of hybrid cattle got notable features and great potential development.3.Eight microsatellite loci of Xiangxi yellow cattle in hybrid varieties detected in the number of alleles in the range of 5 to 11;the number of effective number of alleles was detected in the range of 6.2952-73802,groups of crossed Xiangxi-yellow-cattle got rich genetic diversity, the distributed evenly in groups.4.Observed heterozygosity ranged from 0.8867 to 0.9248.Expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.8796~0.9125 in the crossed Xiangxi yellow cattle.Allmicrosatellite DNA were high polymorphism, and polymorphism information content(PIC) ranged from 0.8547~0.9024,all higher than 0.5.The results revealed that 8 loci were adapted to analyze genetic diversity of Xiangxi-yellow-cattle,and genetic diversity of crossed Xiangxi-yellow-cattle was abundant and genetic potential was high.5.Cluster analysis showed that:first cluster was Nanyang and Jiaxian cattle, the second cluster was Qinchuang and Yanbian cattle, the third cluster was Limousin,Simmental and Charolai,Angus and Xiangxi yellow cattle was grouped solely, respectively.
