Protea grandiceps, Protea eximia, Protea magnifica, Leucospermum catherina, Leucadendron galpinii, Leucadendron laureolum belongs to Protea, Leucospermum,Leucadendron of Proteaceae, respectively. They are a kind of new cut flowers and the botanical garden decorative plant resources. The paper has studied the seeds through tissue culture, sowing seeds reproduction, and carried on the observation to bioecology characteristic of the sowing seeds, this provides theoretical basis and technological support for naturalizing, production and promotion of these cut flowers. The main results were as follows:(1) In the result of aseptic germination, using GA3 0.25g/L to immerse seeds 24h can evidently increase the germination rate and potential germination rate of Protea grandiceps. For Protea magnifica, shucking the skin out of seeds can increase the germination rate and potential germination rate up to the highest.(2) Mercuric chloride is the best sterilization medicament for aseptic germination in tissue culture. For Protea magnifica, the perfect sterilization method is 75% alcohol for 30s and 0.1% mercuric chloride for 6 minutes (each 3min one time, after the processing, flushes 3 times with the sterilized water). For Protea grandiceps, the perfect method is 75% alcohol for30s and 0.1% mercuric chloride for 4min (each 2min one time, after the processing, flushes 3 times with the sterilized water).(3) It can evidently increase the germination rate of Protea grandiceps through variable temperatures treatment in incubators.(4) For aseptic germination in tissue culture, 1/2MS is the most suitable basic culture medium for multiplication of Protea grandiceps and Protea magnifica. NAA and 6-BA are the suitable plant growth regulator auxins in multiplication, in addition, the sucrose had certain effects on multiplication of Stem bud, and the better multiplication efficiency was the treatment of 6-BA1.5mg/L + NAA0.1mg/L+25g/L sucrose.(5) In the tissue culture of natural seeding stem section, the most appropriate explants of Leucadendron galpinii were to choose the non-lignification tender stem of the new upside buds. The pretreated explant immersed in 75% alcohol for 30s + 0.1% mercuric chloride for 4 minutes (each 2min one time, after the processing, flushes 3 times with the sterilized water) and achieves a very good processing effect.(6) For natural seeding stem in tissue culture of the generation, WPM culture medium was the optimum and basic culture medium of Leucadendron galpinii. NAA and KT were the suitable plant growth regulator auxins respectively in multiplication; in addition, the sucrose had certain effects on multiplication of Stem bud, and the better multiplication efficiency for Leucadendron galpinii was the treatment of KT1.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L +25g/L sucrose.(7) Using 4g/L tobacco water to immerse seeds 24h before sowing can evidently increased the germination percentage, the germination tendency and germination index of Protea eximia. For Protea magnifica, using GA3 0.3g/L to immerse seeds 24h can increase the germination rate, potential germination and germination index to the highest. However, the best germination method was putting the seeds in sand with 60% humidity and 7℃temperature to make cold storage process. 10 days later, some seed began to germinate, cold storage for 45 days can increase germination rate up to 92%, obviously is higher than the comparison.(8) The introduction species such as Protea eximia, Protea grandiceps, Leucospermum catherinae, Leucadendron galpinii and Leucadendron laureolum basically began to germinate after sowing in one month , then after 5 to 9 days, the cotyledons outspread and the first piece of real leaf outspread completely two months later. The growth of Protea eximi is quickest among June to October; the growth of Protea grandiceps and Leucospermum catherina are quickest among June to July.Protea grandiceps,Leucadendron galpinii and Leucadendron laureolum have a strong ramification and the length of wattle could reach 90cm.The total quantity of branches of Leucadendron galpinii is the most that could ramify 100 blanches. The total quantity of branches of Protea eximia are the least among the five species. One tree could only ramify 5 branches.Protea eximia, Protea grandiceps, Leucospermum catherinae, Leucadendron galpinii and Leucadendron laureolum have good growth performance, strong growth potential and better adaptability. These five species could endure transplants,drought and sun's rays well; It is not easy to lose plant. Protea magnifica was growing better, and couldn't endure transplant,drought and hot, it has low Survival rate of transplant. These six species could endure low temperature in 6℃, and they are fond of water, but couldn't endure water logging.
