Rosemary Tissue Culture And Cutting Propagation Industrialization Breeding Techniques

Using the stem and shoot piece as material were grown on different media supplemented with different concentrations and compounds of auxetic and auxin, paclobutrazol(PP333), triiodobenzoic(TIBA), coconut milk(CM), and tempareture, the tissue culture plantlet stem(7 10cm) and shoot(3 5cm) cutting, with different medium, tempareture and auxin, the propagation technology of Rosmarinus officinalis was studied with tissue culture and shoot cutting method.The result showed that the best multiplying medium for bud is 3/4MS + 6BA0.2mg/L + NAA0.01mg/L + CM150ml/L + cane sugar30g/L,tempareture 23 19°C, the best medium for rooting is 1/2MS + IBA1.0mg/L + NAA0.01mg/L + PP₃33 0.05mg/L + cane sugarl5g/L, cutting with young shoot of tissue culture plantilet, dipped with IBA50mg/L for 30 min and inserted in the medium of sand or sand and perlite (2: 1) in the Springs, is the best. The best product process are: bud multiplying cultureâ†'rooting cultureâ†'transplant to potâ†'cutingâ†' outplanting.It is economic and efficient,also can product high quality plantlet.Apart from the low cost, fast propagation, easy in operation is also the feature of this technology.
