At present,pellet feed production and application of more and more widely,however,in storage and transport in metamorphic mold problem is serious,This test used Citrus Peel;Fennel;Ginger;Cinnamon and CaO etc.5 kinds of Natural mold inhibitors.Test statistical analysis by orthogonal test.By measuring fungal count;content of protein;Tatal digentiong nrtrition etc.Discussed the issue of the effects of the pellet feed in different temperature and humidity conditions aad the feasibility;additive amount and effect of the 5 kinds of Natural mold inhibitors,effect of interaction between each factors. The experimental results show that:①Most vulnerable to degeneration caused by moldy pellet feed environment was 40℃,90%of relative humidity,The effect of humidity was greater than the effect of temperature.②The effect of Palatability after adding compound Natural mold inhibitor was CaO＞Cinnamon＞Citrus Peel＞Fennel r＞Ginge,when the pellet feed add the add volume of citrus peel meal and cinnamon was 0%,the add volume of ginger powder was 0.5%,the add volume of fennel;cinnamon and cao was 1.5%,different proportioning of Natural mold inhibitor was the most obvious effect.③Adding 5 kinds of Natural mold inhibitors in pellet feed,put in the environment of 40℃,90%of relative humidity 7 days.Ascertain by measuring fungal count;content of protein;Tatal digentiong nrtrition etc.Come to the conclusion that the effect of mold between each facts was Cinnamon＞Fennel＞CaO＞Ginger＞Citrus Peel.④The modulation of pellet feed Compound Natural mold inhibitor:the pellet feed add the add volume of citrus peel meal and cinnamon was 1%,the add volume of fennel and ginger powder was 0.5%,the add volume of cao was 1.5%.⑤The test show that The role of the most significant effect of interaction between each factors was cinnamon and CaO.
