In this study,water-soluble fibre lignin compound were used as adhesiven to study the effects on pellet quality in livestock and poultry pelleted feed.Therefore,it's theory reference to definitude the reasonable application of water-soluble fibre lignin compound in livestock and poultry pelleted feed.This research included six experiments:The first experiment was conducted to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound on pellet quality in growing rabbit pelleted feedGrowing rabbit pelleted feed was used to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound on pellet quality.the experiment was divided into control group and treatment group.The diet formula was composed of 20%corn,16%soybean meal,18%wheat bran,15%alfalfa meal,12%sunflower skin powder,5%husk powder,10%soybean hull and 4%compound premix in control group,the corn was substituted by 5kg water-soluble fibre lignin compound in a ton experiment group diet.moisture content,percentage of powder,power ratio and hardness were determined.The results showed that 5kg/t water-soluble fibre lignin compound had no significant effects on moisture content,percentage of powder,power ratio and hardness in growing rabbit pelleted feed(P>0.05).The second experiment was conducted to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound on pellet quality in growing meat duck pelleted feedMeat duck pelleted feed was used to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound on pellet quality.the experiment was divided into control group and treatment group.The diet formula was composed of 41%corn,25%barley,6%soybean meal,6%rapeseed meal,13%DDGS,6%corn germ meal and 3%compound premix in control group,the corn was substituted by 3kg water-soluble fibre lignin compound in a ton experiment group diet.moisture content,percentage of powder,power ratio and hardness were determined.The results showed that 3kg/t water-soluble fibre lignin compound had no significant effects on 30s,60s,90s percentage of powder and power ratio(P>0.05),moisture content and 120s percentage of powder were decreased(P<0.05),hardness of pellet was increased(P<0.05).The third experiment was conducted to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound on pellet quality in piglet pelleted feedPiglet pelleted feed was used to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound on pellet quality.the experiment was divided into control group and treatment group.The diet formula was composed of 67%corn,24%soybean meal,5%wheat bran,4%compound premix in control group,the corn was substituted by 3kg water-soluble fibre lignin compound in a ton experiment group diet.moisture content,percentage of powder,power ratio and hardness were determined.The results showed that 3kg/t water-soluble fibre lignin compound moisture content,30s,60s percentage of powder was decreased(P<0.05),90s,120s percentage of powder,power ratio and hardness had no significant difference(P>0.05).The fourth experiment was conducted to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound on pellet quality in growing pig pelleted feedGrowing pig pelleted feed was used to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound on pellet quality.the experiment was divided into control group and treatment group.The diet formula was composed of 67.5%com,18.5%soybean meal,10%wheat bran,4%compound premix in control group,the corn was substituted by 3kg water-soluble fibre lignin compound in a ton experiment group diet.moisture content,percentage of powder,power ratio and hardness were determined.The results showed that 3kg/t water-soluble fibre lignin compound had no significant effects on moisture content,power ratio and hardness(P>0.05),30s,60s,90s and 120s percentage of powder was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The fifth experiment was conducted to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound and wheat middings on pellet quality in piglet pelleted feedPiglet pelleted feed was used to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound and wheat middings on pellet quality.the experiment was divided into control group and treatment group? and ?.The diet formula was composed of 66.3%com,18,5%soybean meal,5.5%wheat bran,1.5%soybean oil and 4%compound premix in control group,the corn was substituted by 100kg wheat middings in a ton experiment group I diet,the corn was substituted by 3kg water-soluble fibre lignin compound in a ton experiment group ? diet..moisture content,percentage of powder and hardness were determined.The results showed that moisture content and hardness of pellet was increased in treatment group ?(P<0.05),30s,60s and 90s percentage of powder were significantly decreased(P<0.01),100kg/t wheat middings had no significant affect(P>0.05).The sixth experiment was conducted to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound and wheat middings on pellet quality in growing pig pelleted feedGrowing pig pelleted feed was used to study the effects of water-soluble fibre lignin compound and wheat middings on pellet quality.the experiment was divided into control group and treatment group ? and ?.The diet formula was composed of 65.8%corn,19.2%soybean meal,10%wheat bran,1.0%soybean oil and 4%compound premix in control group,the com was substituted by 100kg wheat middings in a ton experiment group ? diet,the corn was substituted by 3kg water-soluble fibre lignin compound in a ton experiment group ? diet..moisture content,percentage of powder and hardness were determined.The results showed that moisture content was increased in treatment group I(P<0.05),powder ratio and hardness of pellet had on significant difference in three groups(P>0.05),30s and 60s percentage of powder were decreased(P<0.05)in treatment group II(P<0.05),90s percentage of powder were decreased(P<0.01)in treatment group ?(P<0.05)100kg/t wheat middings had no significant effect on percentage of powder(P>0.05).In conclusion,formula composition significantly affected the role of water-soluble fibre lignin compound for pellets quality,it had no effect in improving growing rabbit and meat duck pelletes quality,the role was significant in piglet and growing pig pelleted feed,the effect was better than wheat middings...
