The thesis studied on the correlation between the embryonic development and the nutrient dynamics of Ceratoides arborescens,and explored the causes of seed abortion further.The contents composed of the embryonic development and the nutrient dynamics of Ceratoides arborescens in different habitats,the embryonic development and the nutrient dynamics of Ceratoides arborescens in different fertilization.Explored the period of the seed abortion happened in,and the relationship with the nutrient.The results as follows:1.The setting rate results showed that the setting rate of the cultivate Ceratoides arborescens(86%)was higher than the feral Ceratoides arborescens(71%).2.Mature embryo differentiation time of the cultivate Ceratoides arborescens(21-23d) was shorter than the feral Ceratoides arborescens(about 30d).There were abortions in feral Ceratoides arborescens embryo development and the abortion rate reached to 22%.3.The nutrient content of the Ceratoides arborescens in different habitats showed that: During the embryo development,the nutrient(N,P,Soluble sugar) contents of the cultivate Ceratoides arborescens was higher than the feral Ceratoides arborescens.From the correlation analysis between the nutrient contents and the setting rate,we can see the nitrogen content was the key factor,the level of correlation coefficient was extremely significant.This effect mainly manifested in the mid-and late embryonic development.In that,the nutrient contents during the embryo development related to the embryo normal develop and the embryo differentiation speed.4.The nutrient content and seed setting rate correlation of Ceratoides arborescens in different fertilization was extremely significant level,this effect mainly manifested in the mid-and late embryonic development.This study further proved that Ceratoides arborescens embryo abortion belongs to a lack of nitrogen nutrition type,the main abortion period was globular embryo.5.The observation results of the embryo development showed that the embryo development speed of the treatment 4(urea 60g/ strain,watering,0.05%sodium borate)and the treatment 7(urea 60g/ strain,watering,0.05%ammonium) were faster than control,the treatment 7 was the fastest,its mature embryo differentiation time was 18-21 d.6.The setting rate results of different fertilization showed that the treatment 7(urea 60g/ strain,watering,0.05%ammonium) was the best fertilization program,it could enhance the rate of seed setting.The seed rates of the treatment 7 was 94%.
