The HMW-GS have varied influence on the quality of wheat flour. It is practically important to understand the hereditary feature of the HMW-GS in wheat seed for choosing the right cross in quality breeding of wheat, and estimating the wheat quality.F2 seeds of 4 parents (liao98jian419,ba1401051,ba9595,yongliang4) were tested by 10% SDS-PAGE and Molecular marker for their HMW-GS band phenotypes. Using DPS software and SDS-PAGE of eight parents and their hybrid combination of F4:5 on behalf of eight agronomic traits and composition of HMW-GS analysis, results showed that:1.The ratio of Glu-A1a 1 to Glu-A1b 2* was about 8:9; The ratio of Glu-B1i 17+18 to Glu-B1b 7+8 was about 9:7; The ratio of Glu-B1b 7+8 to Glu-B1c 7+9 was about 7:9;The ratio of Glu-D1d 5+10 to Glu-D1a 2+12 was about 9:5 or 9:6. In the separation of breeding in accordance with the laws of this subunit with the group, will greatly accelerate the rate of breeding.2. F2 seeds of Glu-B1 locus, which gene expression appears incomplete phenomenon.3. AS-PCR with ba9595/Yongliang4hao identification, measured Glu-D1d 5+10 and Glu-D1a 2 +12 of the separation ratio of 9:6.4. Combination of eight generations of the F4:5 analysis show that: effective tiller number, fruiting spikelets number, seed number of each ear and seeds weight of each ear of F4:5 were higher than that of their parents in the first and third compositions. Main ear long in 1,2,7 compositions,fruiting spikelets number in 7 combinent, and seed number of each ear and seeds weight of each ear in the second combinent were all higher than that of their parents. The HMW-GS compositions of single kernel from caulis spike were same. The frequencies of 1, 7+8 and 5+10 were highest than that of other subunits in tested F4:5 single plants, associated with 62.1%, 51.8% and 75.9%, respectively. Subuit combination ratio of 1, 7+8, 5+10 was the most than that of the others, with 20.7%. There was same subunit composition in the Glu-1D of F4:5 plant kernels from the same hybrid combination, but different in Glu-1A and Glu-1B of F4:5 plant kernels from the same hybrid combination. HMW-GS compositions from the same line was little differences. In addition, 7+8 subunit type of HMW-GS presented in hybrid F4:5 kernels plants from Xinkehan9×Shan253, which were different from their parents.
