In the paper,the effects of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide on rumen mircrobial in vitro fermentation parameters,rumen environment parameter and rumencellose degradation and Blood Biochemical Indexes in Sheep. Allium mongilicum polysaccharide extract were supplied to basal diet in order to realize the crude fiber was availably utilized by sheep,saving cost,improving benefit of economy.In experiment 1 was to study the effects of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide in vitro.Rumen microbial fermentation paramenters were studied by using the in vitro method.The test included control group and 4 test group,respectively were 0.03%;0.05%;0.08% and 0.10% of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide supplements.The results showed that: It were significantly higher than the control group that effect of Allim Mongolicim polysaccharide in incubation fluids pH ; gas production ;NH3-N concentration(P<0.05). The concentration of ammonia NH3-N increased in vitro by supplements of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide.The concentration of NH3-H increased with the adding proportion of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide increasing.The VFA increased in vitro by supplements of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide,the VFA all the test group were higher than the control group ,but it was significantly difference(P<0.05).In experiment 2 ,6 castrated Mongolian sheep with permanent Runmen fistula were selected,including of Allium Mongolicum, Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide and the control,to determine effects of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide on the parameters of rumen environment. The results showed that :impact of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide on the rumen pH value was not significant difference;the concentration vs NH3-N reduced in rumen liquid by supplements of Allium Mongolicum group and Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide group. Allium Mongolicum group and Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide group was significant comparing the control group(P<0.05).The concentration of VFA in rumen liquid bring down with addition proportion of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide.at the same time ratio of acetic acid/propionic acid reduced with addition proportion of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide.The concentration of bacterial protein in rumen liquid increased by supplements of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide.The Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide and Allium Mongolicum was significant comparing the control group.In experiment 3, 6 castrated Mongolian sheep with permanent Runmen fistula were selected,including of Allium Mongolicum, Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide and the control,to determine effects of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide and Allium Mongolicum on the Rumen cellulose in sheep by using rumen nylon bag technique. The results showed that:the DMandNDF degradation rate in the Allium Mongolicum and Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide groups increased comparing with the control group.In experiment 4,12 castrated Mongolian sheep were selected, including of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide and the control .Study the effect of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide on metaboliem of Blood Biochemical Indexes in Sheep. The results showed that: the effect of Allium Mongolicum polysaccharide on metaboliem of Blood Biochemical Indexes in Sheep was not significant.
