Based on the Hymenochaetaceae of leather hole three medicinal fungi liquid fermentation product - mycelia and result as the research object,the main components of the antibacterial activity was studied,adopting the modern physical separation technology for active site of purification,main conclusions are here:.(1) Applying the growth rate of three kinds of medicinal fungus product of different fermentation time of seven kinds of plant pathogen bacteriostatic action,the results showed that:in the same conditions of fermentation product different fermentation time for seven kinds of plant pathogens have certain inhibition.The antibacterial activity with the increase of fermentation time and gradually increase.Phellinus baumii,P.linteus in fermentation,the first 20 days Inonorus obliguus in fermentation by twenty-three antibacterial activity is the highest. P.baumii,P.linteus and P.linteus fermentation time for the production of 20d Cytosporachrysosperma for the inhibition rate is highest,respectively,in 56.20%,60.21%. Inonorus obliguus fermentation time for the production of 23d Cytosporachrysosperma and Guignardia laricina inhibition rate for each group for 75.21%and 57.41%.20d fermentation,P. baumii 23d,respectively,P.linteus,Inonorus obliguus and antibacterial activity of extract ingredients best fermentation period.(2) In the production of fungi on antibacterial activity material separation and determination of antimicrobial activity.The results showed that the selected sample under the same conditions of P.baumii,P.linteusi and Inonorus obliguus the antibacterial activity of extracts from the extraction of mycelia significantly higher than the antibacterial activity, antibacterial activity substances exist in fermented liquid.The high-temperature and high-pressure treatment P.baumii,P.linteusi and Inonorus obliguus and the result of the antibacterial activity and untreated fermented filtrates the antibacterial activity without obvious changes,fermented liquid containing protein is not main bacteriostatic active substances.P. baumii,P.linteusi and Inonorus obliguus result of alcohol content of antibacterial activity for fermented liquid extract species in the highest antibacterial activity,the main antibacterial activity composition mainly focus on the result of alcohol(3) 3.The experiments about results of alcohol of broth of medicinal fungi show that the main antibacterial activity composition is Polysaccharide.By comparing among three kinds of medicinal fungi,wo find that if the alcohol precipitation concentration is different,the content of Polysaccharide is different.Antibacterial activity of of broth of three kinds of fungi in different kinds of alcohol precipitation concentration was tested,and the results show that under the same concentration(50mg/ml),the rate of Antibacterial Polysaccharide of broth of Phellinus baumii in 50%alcohol-precipitation concentration,that of P.linteus in 30%alcohol-precipitation concentration,that of Inonorus obliguus in 70%alcohol-precipitation concentration are highest in all.These are the best density for precipitation separation.(4) Using half times dilution fungi polysaccharide antibacterial activity of pathogens hypha growth of the minimal inhibitory concentrations,and biological pesticide catechins. Results show that:P.baumii alcohol fermentation supernatant end concentrated to 50% polysaccharids poplar lousy skin disease for the minimal inhibitory concentrations 85mg/ml,P. linteus alcohol fermentation supernatant end for 30%of poplar polysaccharide with the lousy skin disease for the minimal inhibitory concentrations 80mg/ml,I.obliguus alcohol fermentation supernatant end for 70%of the poplar polysaccharide thick skin disease and bad larch lousy skin disease of the minimal inhibitory concentrations 65mg/ml,respectively 60mg/ml,Catechins of poplar lousy skin disease and larch lousy skin disease of the minimal inhibitory concentrations 75mg/ml,respectively 55mg/ml.P.baumii,p.linteus and I.obliguus fermentation supernatant antibacterial activity of the highest polysaccharide poplar lousy skin disease of spores without obvious inhibition,I.obliguus fermentation supernatant exocellular polysaccharide antibacterial activity of the highest larch withered the spores are slightly ill obvious inhibition,when the concentration of 55mg/ml can inhibit 50%spore germination.
