Hericium erinaceus is a medicinal and edible mushroom, has a good anti-ulcer, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, liver protecting liver, lowering blood glucose and lipid effects. Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide is recognized as the main active ingredients with biological activity. Currently, the main polysaccharide from the fruiting bodies and submerged fermentation culture mycelium obtained. But the long period of fruiting body culture, liquid fermentation conditions difficult to control, parameter requires more prone to contamination. This study is the way to solid-state fermentation culture Hericium erinaceus the single factor and orthogonal optimal method of combining, respectively, sub-species of Hericium erinaceus liquid medium and solid medium were screened for optimization.Through the liquid carbon source, nitrogen source and pH and other factors, screening optimization, to finalize the liquid seed culture medium for glucose 2.5%, soybean meal 4.0%, MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g/L, KH2PO41 g/L, pH5.0, medium volume 200ml/500ml,150r/m,25℃cultured for 10 days. Conversion rate of hyphae at this time 39.28%,1L medium can be 25.53g hyphae.
