Studies On Applied Technology And Popularizing Of A New Bacteriacide, Thiodiazole-Copper

A new bactericide,thiodiazole-copper was created by Zhejiang Longwan Co.Ltd.,and it was a patent product of independent intellectual property rights.This product had high efficient when prevention and cure plants bacteria disease,and its efficacy was better than other common bactericides.It has been identified as a high-technology product by Science and Technology Department of Zhengjiang Province,confirmed as a national sparking plan project by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Nation,referred as a new product on national level by State Economic and Trade Commission,recommended as a kind of agrochemical which be permitted to control disease on green agricultural products by the Ministry of Agriculture,and classified as a key bactericide to generalize.This paper had deeply researched its sterilization activity,sterilization scope,efficacy in field and effects of generalization.1.The bioassay results showed that thiodiazole-copper 200 suspension concentration(SC) had a inhibition on growth and multiplication of Rice bacterial leaf blight(Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae),Rice bacterial leaf streak(Xanthomonas campestris pv.Oryzicola),Citrus canker (Xanthomonas campestris pv.citri(Hasse)Dye)and Chinese cabbage root rot(Erwinia carotovora subsp.Carotovora(Jones)Bergey et al.),and the EC₅₀were 2.59,14.22,23.84, 201μg/ml,respectively.Range them according the EC₅₀,the activity of thiodiazole-Copper on 4 bacterias:Rice bacterial leaf blight＞Bacterial leaf streak of rice＞Citrus canker＞Chinese cabbage root rot.2.The field test results showed that thiodiazole-copper 200SC had a excellent efficacy on growth and propagation of Rice bacterial leaf blight,Bacterial leaf streak of rice,Citrus canker and Chinese cabbage root rot,and the efficacy were better than common bactericides.In the experiment of controlling Chinese cabbage root rot,thiodiazole-copper 200SC had no injury on crops and other beneficial Insects.The field test results also showed that the efficacy of thiodiazole-Copper 200SC to control Citrus scab(Sphaceloma fawcetii Jenkins)and wilt disease of watermelons(Fusarium oxysporum f.niveum(E.F.Smith)Snyber et Hansen)were better than comparison bactericides slightly,and the SC had no injury on crops or other beneficial insects.3.After generalization for nine years(2000-2009),the application area amount to 21650.2 thousands mu/hectare?,and the new increase production value amounted to 2.28 billions yuan. The generalization of thiodiazole-copper 200SC on control of plants bacteria diseases obtained a great achievement.
