Chemical preventionl is an important way to control crop disease,which can reduce the degree of disease infestation of crops,keep crop production.According to the characteristics of the TC,manufacturing pesticide preparation is an important research direction of pharmaceutical.In this paper,screening fungicides of inhibiting Rhizoctonia cerealis Vander Hoeven,and obtained the optimal ratio of the original TC,had obtained optimum formulation ratio of preparation by screening dispersant and wetting agent,using orthogonal experimental design.The main results are as follows:1.Biossy of different fungicides against Rhizoctonia cerealis Vander Hoeven.The results showed that the triazole fungicide had a better inhibitory effect on Rhizoctonia cerealis Vander Hoeven,and the epoxiconazo showed the lowest EC50 is 0.259 ?g/mL.Choose carbamate fungicide,benthiavalicarb-isopropyl,as another compatibility agent.2.The bioassay of two fungicides mixing against Rhizoctonia cerealis Vander Hoeven.The best combination proportion of benthiavalicarb-isopropyl and epoxiconazo=3:7,and synergistic coefficient SR reached 3.051,which has obvious synergistic effect.3.Screening of dispersant,wetting agent,and thickener.Selected of MOA-5 and kuai T as a combination of dispersant and wetting agent,by measuring the wetting dispersing TC and analyzing the Zeta potential.Selected fumed silica and XG as thickener,by measuring water-liberatin at 54?resting 7d.4.Formulation optimization and performance index detectionFour factors and three levels of orthogonal test were designed with wetting and dispersing agent and thickener.The results showes that the effect of the sTableility on this suspension concentrate is ranked as follows:MOA-5>fumed silica>kuai T>XG.Finally,the formulation component is epoxiconazo 14%,benthiavalicarb-isopropyl 6%,MOA-55%,fast T 5%,fumed silica 1%,XG 0.1%,propylene glycol 4%,the foaming agent is 0.5%and the water is made up to 100%.The preparation were all correspond with the suspension concentrate standards.5.Field efficacy trialsThe experimental results show that the suspension concentrate preparation has good control effect.The field efficiency of 20%flucyclazole benzifen can reach 72.7%at 180 g/ha,which is higher than the contrast agent,reaching the same level as the pesticides on sale.
