Comprehensive Management In Small Watershed Of Beijing-Tianjin Wind And Dust Source And Its Benefit Evaluation In Hunyuan County Of Shanxi Province

This paper aims to summarize systematically the experience of the small watershed comprehensive management project in Hunyuan County of Shanxi Province on the basis of research and study,and use the SPSS statistical software to evaluate and analyze effective,economic and social benefits with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,so as to find the governance problems,provide basis for decision of making a more scientific and rational management of the project area of soil erosion,maintaining ecological balance,and accelerating local economic development.The results show that the ecological and social benefits have significantly improved through the comprehensive management of small watershed,water and soil significantly reduce the effectiveness of sand,the ecological environment improves gradually,and the lives of villagers have improved.But at the same time it also showed that the improvement of economic benefits after treatment was not obvious, and can not be reflected in a short term,governance does not touch on that aspect of the vital economic interests of farmers,who participate less and don't concerned about such issues.Therefore,the local government departments need to strengthen the linkages with the farmers,and get their cooperation and understanding.What's more,they should take the effective measures to improve the economic benefit on the basis of improving the ecological and social benefits.
