Growth experiments were conducted with healthy Clarias lazera(initial weight 15.14±0.05g),Cyprinus carpio(initial weight 31.34+0.29g) and Ctenopharyngondon idellus(initial weight 50.66±0.26g),three isonitrogenous(Cyprinus carpio 36%, Clarias lazera 40%,Ctenopharyngondon idellus 30%) and isoenergetic(Cyprinus carpio 15.2 KJ·g-1,Clarias lazera 15.8KJ·g-1,Ctenopharyngondon idellus 16.0KJ·g-1) diets were formulated with fish meal as animal protein andβ-Conglycinin,Glycininas as plant protein feeding six weeks to examine the effects ofβ-conglycinin and glycinin on the activities of protease,amylase and lipase in different parts of digestive tract and blood index of Cyprinus carpio,Clarias lazera,Ctenopharyngondon idellus.The experiment was conducted with Folin-phenol reagent method,Iodine-starch colorimetry method and lipase test box seperately to determine the activities of protease,amylase and lipase in different parts of digestive tract and discuss the effects of dietary soybean antigen on digestive enzyme activities of different feeding habits fishes.RBC,WBC,hemoglobin,biochemical index were determined by hemacytometry,Sahis and MD100 semi-automated analysator.The results showed that:Effects ofβ-Conglycinin and Glycinin on the activities of protease,amylase and lipase in different parts of digestive tract were different,the activities of protease of stomach,anterior intestine,hepatopancreas of Clarias lazera were significently declined compared with the control group(P<0.05)。The activities of amylase of fore intestine(P<0.05) and posterior intestine(P<0.01) were declined;the activities of protease of and the activities of amylase of posterior intestine were significantly declined compared with the control group of Cyprinus carpio(P<0.05).The activities of protease of posterior intestine,hepatopancreas and the activities of amylase were significantly declined of Ctenopharyngondon idellu(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in lipase activity in hepatopancreas,anterior intestine, mid-intestine,posterior intestine among the diets compared with control groups(P>0.05). The number of red cell and the content of hemoglobin were significantly declined in the diets compared with the control group(P<0.05),the number of white cell were significantly ascended than the control group(P<0.05),the activities oftransaminase of Clarias lazera and Cyprinus carpio were significantly ascended(P<0.05).And the BUN content of Clarias lazera was significantly ascended compared with the control group(P<0.05).
