Study On Cycling Of Hair Follicle Activity And Apoptosis In Liaoning Cashmere Goats

Liaoning cashmere goats is an important resource of local breed of goats in China, well-known for high quantity and good quality of cashmere in the world.The breed contains two strains,which are perennial type and seasonal type.Although a great deal of studies on development of cashmere and hair follicle on Liaoning cashmere goats,mainly aims at the seasonal type,never study systematically on cycling of hair follicle activity and the feature of apoptosis as well.So this article take the two types of Liaoning cashmere goats as objects,study on quantity of hair follicles,cycling of activity and the feature of apoptosis,investigate correlation of cycling of hair follicle activity and the apoptosis,and then elucidate mechanism of development of cashmere on Liaoning cashmere goats from the view of morpholopy and molecular biology.Sacpic dying method were adopted for vertical and longitudinal slip section of hair follicles, which are from lateral part of Liaoning cashmere goats during a year in different months.Two months as an internal,the cycling feature of morphous of hair follicle tissue were observed at the period of detection,parameters just as hair follicle activity were added up,and the datas were analyzed by SPSS software,method of Duncan was adopted in simple strain of Liaoning cashmere goats.The findings indicate:During the anagen stage,IRS was stained with the color of red,hair follicle were filled by cells.During the catagen stage,cells from ORS were diffused, and structure of fingers toes end were also found.Each parameter of characteristic changed with periodicity growth of hair follicles in a certain degree.In Aug density and deepth of secondary follicle was deepest,from Dec on,the two values began to degrade,until Feb of the next year the values were lowest.The values of perennial type were higher than that of seasonal type, especially between Feb and Apr,discrepancy was prominently.The most powerful activities of Pf and Sf on the two types cashmere goats was found during Aug and Oct,the activities were up to the peek in Aug.Secondary hair follicle begin regression in Dec.Hair follicle stop growing between Feb and Apr,come in to telogen.After that hair follicle begin reconstruction,from telogen to anagen.In Aug reconstruction of hair follicle complete,come into anagen.The trend of changing on each parameter of characteristic of hair follicle,from the two types of Liaoning cashemere goats,was coincidence fundamentally,Compared with seasonal type,S/P of perennial type was bigger than seasonal type. TUNEL method were adopted for vertical and longitudinal slip section of hair follicles, which are from lateral part of Liaoning cashmere goats during a year in different months,Two months as an internal.The findings indicate:the dead cells which controlling growth of hair follicle were clustering disposed,the phenomenon of apoptosis on mechanocyte of hair papilla was hardly found.The correlation between cycling of growth and apoptosis of hair follicle was found.The cells of apoptosis decreased during anagen,the cells of apoptosis increased prominently.The trend of changing on apoptosis of hair follicle,from the two types of Liaoning cashemere goats,was coincidence fundamentally,compared with seasonal type,only the quantity of apoptosis cells were fewer before anagen.In a word,cycling of hair follicle activity and apoptosis were related with seasonal changing, Apoptosis is one of major mechanisms.Compared with seasonal type,the quantity of apoptosis cells in perennial type were fewer before anagen.Maybe it is a basic for high quantity of cashmere.
