Study On Key Technologies Of High Conservation Value Forest Management

Based on previous work of high conservation value forest and research results of nature reserve, non-commercial forest, natural forest, forest health and community forestry, this study was aimed to research the key technology of high conservation value forest management,such as difference between high conservation value forest and non-commercial forest, investigation, protection and management, monitoring and establishment of evaluation index system and so on, thus for making some contributions to the work of high conservation value forest management. Main research work is as follows:1. High conservation value forest covered diversity value, ecological service value and social-cultural value, which is similar with ecological benefit and social benefit non-commercial forest emphasized, in that the study first proposed difference between non-commercial forest and high conservation value forest, which implemented researches between judging standard scale and category,thus for a better understanding and providing reference for judging work of high conservation value forest.2. Analyzed significance and requirements of implementing high conservation value forest investigation, and implemented between basic condition investigation and speciality investigation which introduced social background investigation. The study discussed content and methods of high conservation value forest basis for value characteristics of it.3. According to special attribute and high conservative characteristics of high conservation value forest, the study first proposed management modes of high conservation value forest, followed precautionary principle and adaptability management principle, and study dicusses the relative protection and management of high conservation value forest.4. According to high conservation value forest characteristics, based on requests of monitoring, the study implements research between strategy monitoring and operation monitoring and increases monitoring contents as biodiversity monitoring, ecological service monitoring and participatory monitoring of community forestry and so on,in order to provide contents and methods of each attribute high conservation value forest.5. Firstly establish the evaluation index system of high conservation value forest.According on the significance, guiding ideology and principle of establishing evaluation index system of high conservation value forest and screening idea and method of general index system,the study establishes three element layer which including diversity value, ecological service value and social-cultural value,and twenty-two indexes,and fifty-seven indexes variable,to construct the evaluation index system of high conservation value forest.
