In this paper, For the purpose of providing theoretical basis of tea plant cultivars category and utiling palynology and SRAP along with SPSS,the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship of 34 tea plant cultivars from Fujian and Taiwan provinces of P.R.china were studied. The results were as follows:1 Fujian and Taiwan tea plant cultivars pollen was observed on a scanning electron microscope and found that pollen morphology is more consistent: many pollen grains arranged spherical polar view for split round or near round or near the triangle, with three holes with three holes to ditch or gully to ring spacing distribution for N3P4C5 type. Pollen Length of polar axis is 41.66 ~ 54.61um, Length of equator axis is 24.76 ~ 31.69um. Tea pollen exine ornamentation are to be striped mesh.2 Through cluster analysis of pollen morphology, between Fujian and Taiwan in 34 varieties of tea are classified into four categories: The first category includes Dahongpao,Ruanzhi Oolong, baiyang Guanyin,Qiqu,Qingxin Oolong, Baiqilan, Baiya Qilan; The second category include Zaoqilan, Jinguanyin, Shanghang Guanyin, Yuanye Guanyin, Jinmian Qilan, Shuixian, Manqilan, Sijichun and Aijiao Oolong, Jinxuan, Baiwen; The third category includes Cuiyu, Hongya Guanyin, Rougui, Baijiguan, Benshan,Lvya Guanyin; The fourth category including Daye Oolong,Taimushan wild tea, Xiaoye Qilan, Huangdan, Qingxin Qilan, Shaoqi, Maoxie, Zhuye Qilan, Meizhan, Zhenghe Dabaicha.3 This test explored the SRAP tea suitable reaction system and the amplification procedure, 13 pairs of random amplified primers, a total of 3091 amplified bands, On average, each primer was amplified 237.7,90.10%(2785) of which were polymorphic, indicating that the tested cultivars exist rich genetic polymorphism between Fujian and Taiwan tea.4 Through the SRAP marker cluster analysis, 34 varieties of tea in Fujian and Taiwan fall into five categories. The first category includes Qingxin Qilan, Zhenghe Dabaicha, Shaoqi, Zhuye Qilan, Meizhan, Maoxie; The second category includes Hongya Guanyin, Lvya Guanyin, Benshan, Huangdan,Rougui, Baijiguan, Cuiyu; The third category includes Aijiao Oolong,Yuanye Guanyin, Shanghang Guanyin,Taimushan wild tea,Xiaoye Qilan, Sijichun, Bai, Da-Ye Oolong ; The fourth category includes Baiya Qilan, Qingxin Oolong, Ruanzhi Oolong, Baiyang Guanyin, Dahongpao, Qi Qu; fifth category includes Manqilan, Baiqilan, Jinmian Qilan, Shuixian, Zaoqilan, Jinguanyin,Jinxuan.5 Fujian and Taiwan tea varieties pollen classification and categorization of molecular markers of the match,But there are also inconsistencies. Pollen classification of one of the first category (Baiqilan except) and SRAP consistent classification of the fourth category; pollen classification of type II and Class III classification SRAP (Taimushan wild tea,Xiaoye Qilan,Daye Oolong except) and the fifth category (Baiya Qilan except) line; pollen study the classification of the third category with the SRAP The second type of classification (Huangdan except) from the same; pollen classification of Class IV (Taimushan wild tea,Xiaoye Qilan,Daye Oolong, Huangdan except) and SRAP classification consistent with the first category.Through molecular marker clustering results and the results of palynological study the combination of clustering, The results are more reliable, for breeding and germplasm resources protection has a greater significance, how to make better use of the two varieties of the tea category for further study.
