Investigation On The Infection Of Digestive Parasites In Sheep In Bo-zhou Area And Winter Expel Parasites Experiment Study

Xinjiang is one of five big pastoral areas in our country,sheep parasitic disease great variety, Damage the Xinjiang sheep industry develop seriously.The digestive parasite to sheep is widely and frequently.because of parasite's attack,has been created for a long time.the animal organism organization's untoward effect,for example the consumption nutrition and the organization damage cause the animal performance trait to drop,the feed use factor reduces,the quantity and quality reduces,Parasitic disease's attack may also cause the young age lamb immunity to reduce,in addition will raise the ill management to cause the sheep only in large numbers to die,will bring direct and the indirect economic loss for the animal husbandry production seriously.Faecal samples from 900 sheep randomly selected from Bozhou district were examined to determine the prevalence of parasite infections in Bozhou area.respectively.In this study 20 kinds of parasite were selected.13 kinds of nematode were detected,which are Chabertia sp, Bunostomum trigonocephalum,Oesophagostomum spp,Trichostrongylus spp,Ostertagia circumcincta,M.mongolica,H.contortus,N.longissimespiculata D.filicollis,Protostrongylus raillieti,N.archari,Trichocephalus ovis,Trichocephalus skrjabini,4 kinds of cestode were detected, which are Moniezia expansa,Moniezia benedeni,Cysticercus tenuicollis,Echinococcus granulosus. 3 kinds of trematode were detected,which are F..hepatica,D.lanceatum,P phisovis.The predominant species in digestive tract of this area were D.lanceatum,Ostertagia circumcincta,H.contortu and Bunostomum trigonocephalum,the infection rates were 29.1%,27%,26.4%and 25%.According to the Bozhou sheep digestive parasite infection situation survey result,and the sheep digestive worm's regularity of epidemic.we change the original expelling worms time to the beginning of December.Uses the broadly and effective biology drugs expel worms,both can drive out the in vivo larva,and can drive out the infectious larva,so that can block May high tide comprehensively the formation,expelling worms in early winter,can control sheep's spring deficiency death effectively,reduce the ewe miscarriage which parasitic disease causes,raises the production ewe's survival percentage,as a result achieves the enhancement sheep the performance trait and the economic efficiency.This studay will help Bozhou make a scientific and effective plan which expel the sheep parasite.
