Precision sowing is an important approach to increase modern agriculture production,and the precision seeder is a main tool for precision sowing.So the accurate performance detection used in seeder is also important.Making use of the test-bed of JPS-12 and theory of image processing,it proposed a detection method based on High-speed Camera System.Seeds motion stats during the sowing process were obtained using high-speed camera system.Image quality was enhanced effectively by means of the image processing.Detection method of precision seeder was established and tests were carried out on the different working parameters.The main research works are as follows:1) A performance detection system of precision seeder based on High-speed Camera System was established.It analyzed the structure of test-bed and the working theory of this system,and proposed some key equipments of establishing system which included high-speed camera,Light source,Computer and so on.Seed motion images were obtained using high-speed camera system.2) It brought forward the high-efficiency methods of image processing,which included some points.For example,pick-up the red feature in images to convert the color image to gray scale image;compared two common smoothing methods and pointed out their shortage trying to use median filter;put forward image sharpening using soble operator;put forward the preprocessed fix-up binary processing.After removed little impurity of image,the image processing was finished and the noises which generally came from experiment desk vibration,natural light and surrounding environment were reduced.Distilling seed character of image,the area and centroid coordinates of the seeds were marked.3) The author brought the calibration method based on High-speed Camera System. And the parameters of the transformation relation between pixel coordinate system and actual coordinate system were obtained.The calibration of High-speed Camera System is more scientifically and more accurately by this method.So the precision of the calibration and the detection are improved in this system.The seed spacing data from the high-speed camera system was calculated by the time difference of successive seeds in combination with the longitudinal coordinate of seeds location.Detection method of precision seeder was established according to the analysis of area and spacing of the seeds in the serial of images.4) In this paper,a serial of experiments were made to verify the precision and sowing uniformity on the different working parameters,and it analyzed the reasons causing errors in this detection system.According to comparison between the results of manual Stat.and High-speed Camera System,it found that the error of detection result was less than 1%and coefficient of variation was less than 3%which were allowed.At the same time,it gave some errors in this system.In a word,improving the practicality and precision of detection system was the key point in this paper.Detection method of precision seeder was established based on High-speed Camera System.The method present in this paper was adapted to the accuracy requirements for performance detection of precision seeder.
