| Potato is one of the important crops in China’s grain production,and the quality of the planter’s operation directly affects its sowing production.Existing seeders still rely on semi-mechanized semi-manual operations,and their automation level is low,and problems such as seed leakage and uneven plant spacing are easily encountered,and many of these issues have not been totally resolved.In order to solve the problems existing in the automatic development process of the above-mentioned planter,this paper designs a potato planter structure system,proposes a potato robust detection method,adopts image processing technology to achieve leakage seed detection,and uses PLC as a controller to combine industrial control.Machine to achieve the control of the spacing between the soil,leakage compensation and fill light switch control functions.By studying the mechanical structure and working process of the planter,a seeder structure system is designed.In addition to the normal seeding function,this system also increases the missing seed compensation and replanting mechanism,and reduces the rate of seed replanting and seed leakage during operation.For the problem of leakage seed detection,an image processing-based method is used to identify the presence or absence of potato seed in the potato seed bowl in real time,and the leakage seed information is transmitted to the host computer in the form of a txt file.The host computer controls the corresponding data by the PLC according to the detection result.The compensation mechanism for compensation for leakage of seed was used to make seed replanting operations.In view of the problem of spacing between rows,a PLC-controlled method for automatically controlling the rotation speed of the stepper motor was proposed to solve the problem of uneven plant spacing by manually replacing the sprocket during operation.In addition,the effectiveness and feasibility of the sowing machine and the proposed method were verified by experiments.Through the structure design of the potato planter and the realization of the function of controlling the spacing of the seedlings,compensating for the missing seeds and removing the heavy seed,the seeding efficiency is improved,the precision and robustness of the seeding operation are increased,and the theoretical research significance and practical application are important.value. |
