The photoelectric detector is susceptible to the working environment,Current situation of decreasing monitoring precision,In order to improve the sensor's adaptability to the detection of seed arrangement performance of maize precision seeder,A kind of performance monitoring system of maize precision seeder row based on capacitance sensor was designed.(1)Based on the analysis of the structure type of capacitor sensor and the falling movement of seeds in the seed guide tube,the length of capacitor plate and the installation position of capacitor sensor are determined.(2)Using ANSYS simulation software to complete three different plate sensor simulation,according to the simulation results based on the actual choice E polar plate capacitance sensors as seed corn seed information acquisition sensors,monitoring and E polar plate capacitance sensor plate size optimization.(3)STM32F103C8T6 and capacitor-digital conversion chip AD7151 are used as core components to complete the design of communication circuit,display circuit and alarm circuit.(4)The circuit test of micro-capacitor is completed.The results show that the system is feasible.The verification of different assembly modes of the four e-plates shows that the four e-plates installed on the side of the seed guide tube have the best detection effect,and the accuracy of single seed testing is 94%.(5)Complete metering performance monitoring system test,accuracy,replay rate and leak detection accuracy of seeding rate of 96.1%,94.9% and 98.9% respectively,realized the metering process monitoring,and can be the kind of tank emptying and abnormal situation of grain tube jam signal alarm.
