The seeder is an important equipment of mechanized sowing, the working quality andefficiency of seeder direct effects on crop production. There are many kinds of seeder,the type of the air suction seeder has strong adaptability for seeds, it is not only hasthe low rate of Leakage sowing, over sowing and damage, but also has moreconvenient to achieve a single particle precision seeding, the working speed is muchhigher than mechanical seeder, so the air suction seeder has become the developmentdirection of domestic and foreign seeder.This seeder is on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology of theseeding machine and the combining with the national characteristics andagronomic our requirements designed series of high-speed air suction seeder.The seeder is mainly suitable for northern dry areas in China, the area is mainly to thecultivation of corn, sorghum, soybean, sunflower crops sugar beet and so on. Due tothe low temperature, the great different land status in natural conditions and thedifferent requirements of agronomy. There are high requirements on working width,operation efficiency and generality.This article studied the equipment configuration and working principle first, thenstudy and design on the frame, seeding monomer, supporting wheel, fan, transmissionmechanism, and fertilizing mechanism. The complete operation sequence of theseeder is ditching, fertilizing, moving obstacles, ditching, seeding, overburden andrepression. The hanging model is rear mounted. The applicator is the runner shankthat can apply fertilizer in the shallow and deep side. At the working time it canaccurately grasp the inter row distance by the marking device at the both ends of themachine. The design of fan adopts advanced technology of France, the advantages arelarge air volume, high negative pressure value, uniform wind and small noise. Thetransmission type of fertilizer mechanism and seed discharging mechanism fortransmission, the power source is from friction between the wheel and ground, thetransmission ratio is adjustable and stable. Each independent seeding monomer isconnected with the frame, the form of the four connecting rod mechanism is singlecopy, that is greatly improved the adaptability of seeding with the ground conditions.The core parts of the high speed air suction precision seed metering device by thefunction of replacing the seeding wheel and the guide tube can realize the seedingoperation of sowing corn singly and sowing soybean double. The different meteringdisc can sow Beet, pumpkin seeds, sunflower, rapeseed an so on, to solve the problemof low work speed, high failure rate, poor universality and low work efficiency, theoperation speed can reach10km/h and work safely. This machine has also designeda ridging share can be according to actual operation requires the use of. The seederhas strong adaptability and wide universality, can also meet the requirementsof high-speed sowing in plain or hilly areas. The seeder can be used for ridge sowing,flat sowing, fertilization ridging and intertill banking by changing the working parts.The deep side fertilizing, ditching, precision sowing, compaction soil moisture, soil covering press can be finished in one process.This seeder is not only in accordance with the agronomic requirements, but alsohas the stable work condition, high efficiency, low failure rate, low playback rate,leakage sowing rate and damage rate in the standard range. The machine is reasonablein structure, small damage to the soil, all the indexes meet the precision seedingrequirements. The article also introduces the seeder installation, maintenance and use.
