In order to explore a new type microecology prepn for forage ,the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed's Dregs and Bifidobacterium bifidum were taken as the main experimental material in this research. First of all, Ordinary TPY medium of Bifidobacterium bifidum was optimized by the usage of single factor experiment and orthogonal experimental design. And we respectively use plate count to study the influence of the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed's Dregs to three chicken intestinal bacteria (Bifidobacterium, S.pullorum, E.coli) with different concentrations of 2%,4%, 6%, 8% in vitro; The inhibitory effect of Bifidobacterium to S.pullorum and E. coli was determined by the Drilling method; Finally, we study the influence of the growth of Foxtail-like Sophara Seed's Dregs-Bifidobacterium synbiotics to S.pullorum and chickens E.coli in vitro.The results showed that:1.After optimizing the carbon source and nitrogen source ratio of Bifi- dobacterium bifidum's ordinary TPY medium, we obtained the best medium allocated proportion of increasing the fungus culture is:Carbon source (glucose:lactose =1:1): 3.0%.the nitrogen source (pancreas protein peptone: soybean protein peptone =2:1): 2.5%;And we determined extinction value (OD600) of bacterium liquid with the spectrophotometer and drew growth curve,after determining optimized the culture medium , the best in- creaseing fungus time is 34h, at this time the vivi-bacterium count can reach 2.1×10~9 cfu/mL.2.It had the conspicuous promotion effect on Bifidobacterium bifidum after adding 6% concentration bitter bean seed rice dregs into the culture medium ,it was significant difference (p<0.01) compared with the control group; The different concentrations of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% of the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed's Dregs had the promotion effect on S.pullorum and E. coli, and they had the relationship of increasing by degrees. In which the difference of the concentrations of 2%, 4%, 6% of the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed's Dregs' influence on S.pullorum was significant (p<0.05), compared with the control group; It had no significant difference (p>0.05) on the influence of the growth of chickens E.coli, compared with the control group,the 8% concentration of the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed's Dregs on growth of S.pullorum had extremely significant difference (p<0.01) , compared with the control group; It was significant (p<0.05) on the growth of chickens E. coli, compared with the control group. In terms of 6% Concentration of the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed's Dregs, the promotion effect on Bifidobacterium bifidum was much stronger than S.pullorum and E.coli,the number of vivi-bacterium of Bifidobacterium bifidum of the 6% concentration of the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed's Dregs group to is 1000 times than the control group, However, the number of vivi-bacterium of S.pullorum and E.coli did not change, compared with the control group.Showing that the promotion effect of the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed's Dregs-Bifidobacterium synbiotics on bean seed meal was stronger than harmful bacteria.3.The essay used Drilling method to study the anti-experiment of Bifidobacterium to S.pullorum and E.coli in vitro; inhibitory effect was not visible to the naked eye;While using the mixed culture method to study the anti-experiment of Bifidobacterium to S.pullorum and E.coli in vitro,the growth of S.pullorum and E.coli assumes the trend of escalation in 16h,the growth of two strains showed different degrees of inhibition to 34h.4.To make the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed's Dregs - Bifidobacterium synbiotics, using the mixed culture method to study influence on the growth of S.pullorum and E. coli in vitro. The result indicated that, from the begin -ing of 1% concentration of synbiotics had inhibitory effect on the growth of S.pullorum in vitro, it had significant differences; from the begining of 1.5% concentration of synbiotics had inhibitory effect on the growth of E.coli in vitro, it had significant differences.Above essays showed that, the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed's Dregs can be used as prebiotics, Promoting the growth of probiotics (Bifidobacterium bifi -dum)multiplication, To play its role of synbiotics synergy ,and inhibit the growth of pathogens (S.pullorum and E.coli). This assay would provide experi -mental data for the application of our synbiotics against to some pathogenic bacteria in intestinal tract of chicken in production and practice.
