In order to develop a safe, high effective and green type synbiotics, which can be used for preventing Early Weaned Stress Syndrome of Piglets. Lactobacillus salivarius and Bifidobacterium bifidum, which can both inhibit piglet pathogenic Escherichia coli, were used as probiotics. While, foxtail-like sophara seed’s dregs was used as prebiotics. We can make to the Foxtail-like Sophara Seed’s Dregs-Bifidobacteriumbifidum-Lactobacillus Salivarius Synbiotics. This experiment studied the effect of the Synbiotics. on Growth Performance and Digestive Function of Early Weaned Piglets.Sixty21±2days-old (DurocxLandraee×Yorkshire) weaned piglets of similar weight weredivided into4groups randomly with3repetitions in each disposal and5piglets in each repetition. During4-week study period,0.5%、1.0%and2.0%synbiotics were added into basal ration of group1,2and3respectively with control group4fed basal diet. The results of these studies suggested that:In the production performance indicators, Synbiotics improve the test piglets daily feed intake and daily gain effect was not significant, but decreased. Synbiotics can reduce feedconversion, when49day-old,0.5%synbiotics group and2.0%synbiotics group were significant different (P<0.05) to the control group, Synbiotics can reduce the rate of diarrhea of piglets very significant (P<0.01).The intestinal PH indicators, synbiotics groups have slightly lower PH. In addition to Jejunum and cecal contents on2.0%synbiotics groups of42days-old and Jejunum and ileum contents on2.0%synbiotics groups of49days-old, they have significant differences from the control groups. In intestinal activity index, Synbiotics significantly improves the lipase activity of duodenum, jejunum and the amylase activity of duodenum, jejunum, ileum, especially in jejunum.Intestinal mucosal morphology indicators, synbiotics can reduce weaning stress caused adverse impact on the intestinal mucosa, fed synbiotics groupat the28-day and35-day-old significantly improve the intestinal villus height, crypt depth reduction is not obvious, the ratio of small intestinal villous height to crypt depth than compared to the42-day-old and49days old when the effect is significant, which jejunum effect than better. In this test rearing methods, Synbiotics can improve weaning piglet feed conversion rate, improving its intestinal environment, especially in2%dose group better suitable for the production practice.
