Moringa oleifera has high nutritional value and high medical value.It was successful for introduction and experiment in ShaoGuan XinFeng and WenYuan.This experiment main research observed diurnal variation of photosynthesis and its physiological index related at different external environment treatment(Light-intensity,temperature and CO2 density),this is in order to scientific cultivation and extension with large area moringa provide theoretical basis,and selects a most proper external environment for moringa growth,improve the growth of environmentcondition,increase the moringa leaves' photosynthesis assimilation force and promote growth.The experimental results demonstrate that different Light-intensity temperature and CO2 density for the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate has obvious influence.1.Different leaf chamber light intensity(0-2200μmol·m-2·s-1) photosynthetic rate change,each months photosynthetic rate had the strongest effect at 1000-1500μmol·m-2·s-1 change process,photosynthetic rate was downtrend when light intensity continue to enhanced,each months photosynthetic rate were increased at first and then decreased,from 7 month to 9 month appeared the maximum.2.Different leaf chamber temperature(10-45℃) photosynthetic rate's change process, photosynthetic rate had the strongest effect when the leaf chamber temperature in 25-30℃change process,photosynthetic rate was all decreased when the temperature was too high or too low.There is great difference about each month's photosynthetic rate at temperature of the same.Photosynthetic rate was reached the peak in 8 month,higher from 7 month to 10 month,lower about other months.3.Photosynthetic rate for annual moringa can signigicantly improved with different sun-shading treatments from 7 month to 8 month.At different sun-shading treatments photosynthetic rate trend:65%natural light>35%natural light>natural light.4.Nitrogen content,Phosphorus content,Potassium content,Solubility Sugar content and Protein content in annual moringa can signigicantly improved with different sun-shading treatments from 7 month to 8 month.Foliar nutrient component changed was similar with photosynthetic rate under Different Sun-shading Treatments:65%natural light>35%natural light>natural light.5.Different leaf chamber CO2 density(3250-400μL·L-1) change process for moringa, photosynthetic rate was maximum when the CO2 density is within 700~450μL·L-1, photosynthetic rate would decreased when the CO2 density incrased continuously. Photosynthetic rate would drop down to negative at high CO2 density.6.Effect on diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate of moringa oleifera with different sun-shading treatments was studied,photosynthetic rate manifested as "single peak type". Photosynthetic rate was the highest at 65%natural light and peak appeared at thirteen o'clock;natural light and 35%natural light peakappeared at eleven o'clock; photosynthetic rate of natural light was not significant difference on one day.Proper shading treatment can improve net photosynthetic rate and growth environment of moringa oleifera leaf from 7 month to 8 month,shaded effects is the best at eleven o'clock,not sun-shading before at nine o'clock,the best sun-shading strength at 65%natural light.
