In order to understanding nutritional physiology of formation in yield and quality of wheat from photosynthesis, the research was carried out in the experimental farm of Inner Mongolia Academy of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Science in 2008, wheat cultivar was strong gluten spring wheat-Nongmai2. They were studied about the photosynthetic characteristics of canopy photosynthetic organs after anthesis and their action effect on yield and protein. The main results are summarized as follows:1. Photosynthetic area reaches the maximum applying nitrogen fertilizer in jointing stage and 300kg/hm2. The non-leaf area is about 60%, the leaves area about 40% in whole canopy area.2. Chl(a+b) content of flag leaf is maximum as single organ, nitrogen applications don't change absolute value of Chl(a+b) content of different photosynthetic orgons. Always shows: flag leaf>flag-leaf sheaththe or awn>internode below the spike>glume or lemma or palea. Chl(a+b) content is a downward trend after anthesis, but the downward trend is different.3. Chla/chlb value of different organs changes among 2.5-4.0, Chla/chlb value of flag leaf or flag-leaf sheaththe or internode below the spike is about 3 dring filling vigorous stage, but awn'about 3.5.4. The changing trend of Car content is different among canopy photosynthetic organs, Car content is significant differences in the first day after anthesis, shown as flag leaf>awn>flag-leaf sheaththe>internode below the spike>glume or lemma>palea.; Car content of overall organs is a downward trend between 1 to 15 days after anthesis; Car content of non-leaf organs is a increasing trend between 15 to 29 days after anthesis after anthesis, but Car content of flag leaf is still a descending trend. Car content of different organs is different, Car content of spike and flag leaf is higher flag-leaf sheaththe and internode below thespike. Car content of spike is higher flag leaf after anthesis 8-29 day, higher Car content is beneficial to resisiting photo oxidation.5. Nitrogen content of non-leaf organs is about 2%, nitrogen content of flag leaf is about 4%. Nitrogen content of non-leaf organs increases along with the increase of nitrogen rate, nitrogen content of flag leaf increases along with the increase of nitrogen rate when nitrogen rate changes between 0 to 150kg/hm2, but when the quantity more than 150kg/hm2, nitrogen content of flag leaf decreases along with the increase of nitrogen rate.6. Trent of nitrogen content of canopy photosynthetic organs is decreases gradually after anthesis, decreasing rate of nitrogen content of flag leaf is bigger than non-leaf organs. The residual rate of nitrogen content of flag leaf, glume and awns is among 22-36%, other non-leaf organs about 40-55%.7. Grain weight per spike of reducing photosynthetic resource is smaller trhan normal plant's. Average range of loss rate of grain weight per spike after reducing photosynthetic resource is these-C9:70-80%;C8:62-72%;C6:38-49%;C7:21-35%;C1,C10:13-26%;C5:5-15%;C2,C3,C4:2-10%。8. Grian protein content of reducing photosynthetic resource is smaller trhan normal plant's. Shearing flag leaf and awns effect significantly grian protein content, decrease amplitude about 35%-40%; daring other non-leaf organs have relatively smaller effect on grian protein content, decrease amplitude about 15%-21%.9. Protein yield per spike of reducing photosynthetic resource is smaller trhan normal plant's, there is a significant negative correlation between protein yield per spike and area of reducing photosynthetic resource(R=-0.9101**, n=270).
