Studies materials of resist studies of this experimentation were Two years old potted Cerasus humilises,gained by tissue culture.Salt stress was that Nongda 3 and Nongda 4 Cerasus humilises were irrigated different concentration of NaHCO3 solutions in 58 days, water stress was that unartificial drought treated with Labagoumen and Tanghekou Cerasus humilises in 50 days,salt/water stress was that Huangshandian Cerasus humilises were treated with high concentration of NaHCO3 solutions and a certain extent drought in 25 days. Mensurated physiology and biochemistry indeies,study change rule,results were as follows:(1) With salt stress prolonging,the chlorophyll of Nongda 3 and Nongda 4 Cerasus humilis didn't change observably,and decreased in anaphase and after salt stress was relieved,the difference among different disposals were significant.;the chlorophyll a/b change were calmly in the whole stress period;change of proline content was not clearly in prophase and metaphase,upregulated in anaphase and after relieved salt stress;but electrolyte exosmosis percentage,MDA content and POD activity of Nongda 3 did not clearly change in prophase and metaphase,increased in anaphase,declined after relieved stress,and analysis of variance showed there were no significant difference among different disposals.SOD activity of all disposals were upregulated in prophase,while change of middle and low concentration were calm in the whole stress period,high concentration firstly increased then decreased,and all upregulated after salt stress relieved.Analysis of variance showed there were significant differences among different disposals.Nongda 4 electrolyte exosmosis percentage,SOD activity,POD activity and MDA content increased in prophase and were higher than controls, and declined in anaphase.After salt stress relieved,exosmosis percentage,SOD activity,POD activity of high concentration up-regulated,while the low concentration decreased,but MDA was opposite.On the long period of NaHCO3 salt stress,Nongda 3 and Nongda 4 Cerasus humilises both showed highly tolerant against salt-stress.(2)Labagoumen and Huairou Tanghekou Cerasus humilises chlorophyll content, carotenoid content,MDA content,SOD activity all submited firstly increased then decreased with water stress prolonging.Labagoumen Cerasus humilises electrolyte exosmosis percentage submited firstly increased then decreased,POD activity gradually increased proline content firstly decreased then increased,Pn submited downtrend when compared with controls,and according as photosynthesis gas permutation model,Pn decrease were mostly at the bottom of gas factor after 11 days with disposing initia day,and mostly nongas-factor after 11 days. Huairou Tanghekou Cerasus humilises electrolyte exosmosis percentage submited firstly decreased then increased,POD activity did not clearly change in prophase and metaphase, increased in anaphase,proline content and Pn submited firstly increased then decreased,and according as photosynthesis gas permutation model,Pn decrease were mostly at the bottom of nongas-factor.(3) With salt/water stress prolonging,Huangshandian Cerasus humilises disposals carotenoid and proline content submiteded firstly increased then decreased,electrolyte exosmosis percentage and POD activity change direction were that salt disposals were not clearly chang,water stress and salt/water stress submited firstly increased then decreased, MDA content and Car/Chl submited firstly decreased then increased,the change of chlorophyll a content submited not firstly clearly then increased,and then not clearly change,chlorophyll a/b submited downtrend,SOD activity were not clearly change and uptrend,changes of photosynthesis indexes of disposals were various,but general trend were that change trends of salt stress were as same as controls,water stress and salt/water stress were conform with controls in prophase,and then contra in anaphase,and according as photosynthesis gas permutation model,Pn decrease of water stress and salt/water stress was mostly at the bottom of non-gas factor after 7 day,salt stress mostly gas factor after 7-15,non-gas factor after 15 day.(4) Rapid propagation system of four varietise of Cerasus humilis Bunge by tissue culture, with the young stem as the explant and 1/2MS and MS as minimal medium,was set up.The main results showed that the optimal medium for primary culture was MS+0.1mg/LNAA+ 1.0mg/L6-BA and MS+0.4mg/LNAA+1.0mg/L6-BA.The optimal medium for proliferation were MS+0.2mg/LNAA0.8mg/L6-BA and MS+0.2mg/LNAA+0.6mg/L6-BA+0.05mg/LPP333. The most suitable medium for plant rooting were respective 1/2MS+0.6mg/LIBA+0.05mg/L PP333,1/2MS+4.5g/L IAA+0.05mg/LP333,MS+4.0mg/L NAA and MS+3.0mg/L NAA for Tangshan,Jiuduhe,Huangshandian and Nongda No.4,respectively.
