environment,reduce safety incidents in the pig industry chain,and reduce the probability of pork safety problems,Has become a practical problem to be solved urgently.The pig quality and safety traceability system in my country has been established for more than ten years,and the pig quality and safety traceability system has not yet achieved effective operation.This is manifested in the failure of the government's expected goal of effective governance of pig quality and safety,and consumers' expectations of pork food safety are too low.The economic benefits of producers have not been greatly improved.Moreover,the current effective operation of the pig quality and safety traceability system in my country still has problems such as shallow traceability,narrow width,and low precision,which seriously affect the effective operation of the pig quality and safety traceability system.Based on this,based on theories such as institutional economics,supply chain management,information asymmetry theory,cost-benefit theory,game theory,behavioral economics,etc.,this article analyzes the effective operation of the current pig quality and safety traceability system in my country,and explores the participation of multiple actors in pigs The motivations and behaviors of the effective operation of the quality and safety traceability system are specifically analyzed for the motivations and behaviors of the government,producers and consumers participating in the system;through the dynamic game simulation between the participating entities of the system,and the dynamics of the participating entities The impact of changes on the effective operation of the pig quality and safety traceability system was analyzed.The main research conclusions are:(1)After analyzing the motivations and behaviors of the participants in the pig quality and safety traceability system,the structural equation model is used to empirically demonstrate the impact of government supervision satisfaction and producer behavior on consumers' willingness to pay and purchase behavior.The results show that consumers' satisfaction with government supervision positively affects consumers' willingness to pay and purchase behavior.At the same time,in consumers' purchase of traceable pork,consumer risk identification of traceable pork has the greatest impact on consumers' willingness to pay and purchase behavior.Among the individual characteristics,factors such as gender and age have a weak influence on consumers' purchase intention and behavior,while occupation,education and income are the key factors that affect consumers' purchase intention and behavior of traceable pork.(2)Through the analysis of the tripartite game of each participant in the pig quality and safety traceability system,it is found that the effective operation of the pig quality and safety traceability system is not a simple static one-time game,but a complex multiple dynamic game,and discusses the pig quality safety through simulation The relatively fixed and stable relationship between the participants in the traceability system will reduce the cost of the system's operation and make it more efficient.Only by establishing a stable and long-term transaction relationship between the participating entities and transforming a static game into multiple repeated games can we better promote the effective operation of the pig quality and safety traceability system.(3)Construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for the operation effect of the pig quality and safety traceability system,and use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the comprehensive evaluation score.The overall effect of the pig quality and safety traceability system operation is judged by the score,and the final pig quality and safety traceability system operation effect The comprehensive evaluation score is 68.55.It can be seen that the current pig quality and safety traceability system has little effect,and further improvements and supplements are needed to achieve the goal of real pig traceability.(4)Using grounded theory to compare and analyze the in the system is essential to the effective operation of the pig quality and safety traceability system.
