Based on the Multiple Allele Hypothesis of genetic male sterility,in order to get anti-clubroot of AB lines(typeâ… ) and inbred,the genes of anti-clubroot and male sterility were transferred to the sensitive inbred line B1 and B2 through backcrossing.As clubroot has physiological race differentiation,the same species have different kinds of resistance on different races,so the differentiation and identification of clubroot bacteria races is the premise of all over the conduct of anti-Clubroot breeding.At present,Japan and South Korea have established clubroot swelling of the small kind of physical identification and detection system,China has not the collection and identification system of the race.The subject extensive collect the main group of regional incidence of infection clubroot block to conduct physical identification.For the main producing areas of the northern Chinese cabbage on the types of physiological race to breeding disease-resistant,through continuous education to backcross means,we will import resistance gene into the local pro-grown varieties of the B1 and B2,while imported nuclear male sterility,we have gotten anti-clubroot of AB lines(typeâ… ) and inbred. Compared between the different backcrossing and the inbred line in botany characters and to determine the best backcrossing generation.The main results were as follows:1.The result indicated that,Xinmin Shenyang Liaoning,Xiyao Shenyang Liaoning,Shuishiying Dalian Liaoning,Zhenan Dandong Liaoning,Qingdao Academy of Agricultural Sciences Shandong, Xiaolin Country Cangshan Shandong,Jiangchuan Yunnan,Bixian Sichuan,Dongyao Country Wula Street Jilin,Old Street Country Wula Street Jilin,Pear Town Jilin,the eleven areas clubroot are the 4 physiology race;Benxi Liaoning area clubroot is the 2 physiology race;Peng state Sichuan area clubroot is the 7 physiology race;Xichang Sichuan area clubroot is the 10 physiology race;Shenyang Agricultural University area clubroot is the 11 physiology race.2.Directional transfer scheme was put forward for the purpose of transferring the multiple allele from CRAB742 as the sterility source and the resistance source were used in this study,to the selected male fertile lines of Chinese cabbage which genotype is "msms"and breeding GMS lines which had stable inheritance and similar to the male fertile lines in botany and economic characters,in order to get anti-clubroot of AB lines(typeâ… ) and inbred,selected in this experiment the source for Physiology race 4,so finally selected is the only disease-resistant varieties for Physiology race 4.3.Compared between the different backcrossing and the inbred line B1 and B2 in botany characters and to determine the best backcrossing generation.The result shows that between the same types of Chinese cabbage the economic characters will approach to which of the recurrent parent B1 with the third of backcrossing generation,which by selecting the economic characters,screening resistance and screening sterility,that accomplished the transfer of GMS gene,botany and economic characters at the same time.
