This trail includes three exprements,the first exprements methods of urea ammoniation corn straw and evaluation;the second research various nutrients true nutritive value of different density ammoniated corn straw stalk to young sika deer and the influence of performance trait;The third researches the influence of different proportion of concentration and forage was feeded to the sika deer,the effect of their digestibility.Experiment one:corn straw sloted about 3~5cm;compounds urea solution,urea solution sprayed on the slotted straw then mixed evenly,the evaluation of straw that water contented about 40%(wet feeling);urea level(0%,3%,4%,5%) straw stalk coated by the plastic film,removed the air,then griped the tighted;keep the temperature of 10~15℃,inspects the plastic film in the ammoniated process momentarily,prevents leak air;sampl regularly,one month later,quality evaluation.For five months,text the quality of the ammoniate corn straw,when the level of 3%ammoniation time is longer,the crude protein content is higher,rises from 7.21%to 15.59%from the first month to the fifth month,the level of 4%th,5%,the crude protein content elevates gradually during the first there months,the crude protein content in the third month is highest,respectively is 14.91%,14.20%,three months later,along with the ammoniation time,the crude protein content reduces.Experiment two:12 young sika deer with body weight about 20kg,were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 animals in each group,the control group was A1,the experimental group was B1,C1 and D1.In the concentrated feed invariable situation,feed the ammoniated corn straw the(0%,3%,4%,5%) urea ammoniate and the ammoniated corn straw stalk each 50%.The experiment was conducted from December 1st to the December 31st,2006.conclusions 26 days pre-trial and trial 6 days,carry on the determination to nutrients' true nutritive value in experimental period,research influences of different density ammoniated corn straw to the weight gaining of young sika.The results showed that the ammoniated corn straw can obviously raise true nutritive value of the straw, 4%density's ammoniated corn straw has the remarkable difference seriously increase to the young sika,the heavy effect increases achieve to 163.76%.5%density's ammoniated corn straw cannot raise the true nutritive value,increases the cost instead.Therefore to prevent the ammonia poison and the economic efficiency to consider that the peasant household should select the priority of 4%ammoniation straw firstly.Experiment three:9 one year old deers,with 35kgof body weight,were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 animals,the group was B2,C2 and D2.According to the results of experiment two,the first group was feeded unammoniated corn straw,the concentration was normally,the second group uses 4%urea ammoniation corn straw and unammoniated straw, the concentration proportion is 90%,the third group was feeded unammoniated straw stalk and the concentrated feeded as normally 110%.The experiment conducted from March 20th to May19th,2006, pre-trail time is 54 days,experimental time is 6 days to study the nutrient digestibility.The results showed that:When the concentration drops 10%,the dry matter,organic matter,crude fiber, crude protein,energy,crude fat,increased108%,111%,109%,121%,109%and 102%;When the concentration rised 10%,the dry matter,organic matter,crude fiber,crude protein,energy,crude fat, increased 106%,131%,111%,95%,106%,104%separately.
