The Method Research Of Forest Recreation Value Evaluation For Tianmu Mount National Nature Reserve

During a long time, owing to inadequate understanding of forest resources'recreation value, forest recreation resources have not been a fair assessment. In the vigorous development of the current Forest Recreation, events of various forest-related recreation value such as forest recreation areas transfer and development have become all too common, so on the current it's of great importance to have a detailed study of the forest recreation valuation methods. In this study, Tianmushan National Nature Reserve for the sample locations, through a period of six months of investigation to the locations combined the data given by Tianmushan Authority, used the current eight kinds of the more common method, Tianmushan Forest National Nature Reserve Recreational values were evaluated. Based on the results of the assessment, having done a detailed comparison and analysis of the eight kinds of method, and then on the basis of the travel cost method the applicability of assessment models is proposed which was used to do the Tianmushan National Nature Reserve assessment.This study concluds as follows:(1) The capacity of the tourism environment conclusions. Combining the survey data and the conclusions given by Tianmushan Authority, getting the limiting factor of the tourism environment capacity of Tianmushan National Nature Reserve is the capacity of tourism resources. The capacity of the tourism environment of Tianmushan reaches the maximum of 2,378,400 people / year. Compared the above data with the number of tourists in 2007, the Tianmushan resource use is far from reaching its limit. The key is that low and peak seasons for tourists to Tianmushan National Nature Reserve are very obvious.(2) The existing methods evaluation conclusions. The evaluation applied a total of eight kinds of currently used method: Arterquison law, the cost of production method, recreation cost method, the product value method, the opportunity cost method, income capitalization method, the law of conditions value as well as travel cost method, whose assessment results were 99,671,000 yuan, 82,290,000 yuan, 342,747,000 yuan, 427,972,000 yuan, 110,873,000 yuan, 334,118,000 yuan, 174,016,000 yuan and 382,326,000 yuan.(3)Valuation methods conclusions.The study analyzes the current methods from two aspects,the qualitative and the quantitative.Pros and cons,as well as application rang of each method were made from the qualitative aspect.While from the point of quantitative aspect,with Analysis Hierarchy Process,making judge of the forest recreation value method,and projecting the assessment index system of it; with Expert Consultancy Method, fixing the part that every index factor plays and ranging the methods by their scores,from the top to the bottom those are travel cost method,contigent value method,cost method,income capitalization method,the product value method,the opportunity cost method,the cost of production method and Arterquison law.(4) The valuation results of the assessment model of applicability. With the basis of the travel cost method which is relatively objective in the assessment models, and on this basis, combined with the non-use value assessment of the law of the condition value and adjustment on travel cost method of social development stage coefficient, reaching the following formula: , and evaluating Tianmushan National Nature Reserve forest recreation values with it, the outcome of the assessment is 397,076,000 yuan. Judging from the results of the assessment, the assessed value is closer to that of the travel cost method; but from the assessment process and the thought of view, it is relatively much more reasonable and formal than the travel cost method.
