In this paper,through morphological features,karyotype analysis and SSR were to revealed genetic diversity of Lycoris.radiata Herb.The results as follows:Through direct measurement and the anova analysis of leaf length,leaf width, circumference bulb,bulb fresh weight,showed a significant difference,particularly in leaf length,leaf width and length/width.Bangzhou's trait values were significantly greater than others.Triploid populations of Xuning,Shexian's leaf width,leaf length were significantly greater than others too.Genetic diversity was also embodied in the different of chromosome and karyotype.Lycoris.radiata Herb.were diploid except Xiuning,Shexian were triploid, and there were larger variation karyotype in diploid.Same provinces could reflect the karyotype differences,such as the Jingdezhen and Yifeng,karyotype were 2n =2x=22=18st+4sm and 2n=2x=22=22st.Different populations also showed some differences of chromosome morphology,such as Yifeng,Wuyi Mountain had slender chromosomes,but Jinggang Mountain,Jiulian Mountain had shorter and rougher chromosomes than others.The 11 pairs of primers of SSR showed significant genetic diversity among different populations.Average effective number of alleles were 2.3463,Nei diversity index were 0.4260,Shannon information index were 0.9509,F-Statistics were 0.2477,Triploid county of Xiuning,Shexian showed lower genetic diversity because of a high degree of sterility.Genetic diversity of Langyashan was significantly higher than all others populations in diploid,which had been reported in Langya Mountain karyotype,were very variation to some extent.
