Fan nozzle is one of the characterized nozzles that has widely used in crop protection machineries. There are a lot of problems that need to be further solved in the future. The objective of this thesis is to realize parameterized structural design of fan nozzle, and lay a preliminary foundation for rapid development of innovative and serial fan nozzles in China.The optimum design of internal structural parameters of fan nozzle and the changed structure parameters experiment of nozzle-performance is the key to study, the rapid design of fan spray nozzle's serialization products is final goals. Using the secondary development tool of Pro/Toolkit, the man-machine interactive parametric design interface was develop. The parametric module of fan spray nozzle can manage the models of nozzles and modify the structure parameters of fan spray nozzle. Tests have shown that using this module to design the models of fan spray nozzle can raise efficiency and reduce development cycles.Numerical modeling studies were conducted by FLUENT software. At first, the flow field inner the fan spray nozzle was simulated, the result of this experiment of that the turning point of velocity and pressure at the location of V-shaped slot angel was showed. It was suggest that enhance manufacturing engineering is the key to improve the quality of fan spray nozzle integrative performance. And then a series of experiments to study of relation was run between fan spray nozzle performance and structure parameters, The experiment conclusion indicates the fan spray nozzle inner diameter and relative kerfs depth have considerable influence on fan spray nozzle performance. Lastly uses VOF model to simulate the shape of spray field and DPM model simulate breakup process.The PolyJet technology was selected to manufacture the sample of fan spray nozzle. The test show that the surface finish and dimension accurary which need supporters is worse than the surface which not need supporters. The fan nozzle flux and spray angel were tested by the system of spray nozzle flux. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the spray nozzle flux is studied by theory calculation,numerical modeling and experiment, the spray flux increases with the structure parameters increasing, the spray angel is not correspondence with the laws of the objective world. The conclusion indicates the fan nozzle that was manufactured by the PolyJet technology is not so good to be used for testing of fan spray nozzle performance because it's is not so precise in manufacturing.
