Lily (Lilium)was rich on germplasm resource, long history of cultivation, various in flower type, showy in flower colors and widely planting, it can be used for cut flowers decoration and yard virescence. Furthermore, bulbs also were food and medicinal value. Lily is beautiful, refined, elegant, aromatic and pleasant. It has been the symbol of pure, bright, freedom and happiness. Lily is famous for the king of bulbous flower.Our country is the hometown of Lily, but Lily breeding is very late and rarely independent intellectual property rights lily varieties. In most areas of northern China, the climate is cold, which makes the vast majority of the lilies from the Netherlands introduced species should not show their caste. Therefore, natural selection new varieties of lily can grow at the climate and environment in northern of China, were great practical significance about the current breeding of lily.In this study, used the hybrid lilies as cultivars parental samples belonged to the Asian lilies, Oriental lilies, Lilium longiflorum three lines and three categories monocrotaline, four main categories, total 14 species resource, via the biological characteristics species research of these 14 Lily species, and mensurated their pollen viability, were determined in light of relationships, cold hardiness, flower color, aromatic, green, such as length of breeding goal, the 14 varieties of hybrid combination of lily of the parent matching, a total design, including distant hybridization, Intraspecific hybridization and the hybrid combination of self-112, with an average for each combination of pollination of hybrid 107, a total of 12,000 flowers pollinated flowers. Lily distant hybridization results showed that: Asian lily cultivars as female parent in hybrid combinations, ovary enlargement rate and the average number of high seed; and Oriental lily cultivars as female parent in hybrid combinations, ovary enlargement of the small, there was The enlargement does not, did not receive hybrid seed. 'L.lancifolium' as the female parent of the hybrid combinations, particularly 'Pollyanna' and 'L.lancifolium' were most hybrid seeds. The research of hybrid seed tissue culture method, seed sterilization method was sterilization in 70% ethanol for 60 seconds, and then 2% NaCl03 Sterilization 7 ~ 15 minutes; The best medium was MS + NAA0.1mg / L +6- BA0.5mg / L + sucrose 30g / L for the hybrid seed germination7.
