On the basis of the current harvest situation studies of the rhizomatic Chinese herbal medicine at home and abroad,analyzed the major impact problems ,especially long rhizomatic Chinese herbal medicine of harvest, by theoretical analysis and computer simulation,this paper started with the vibration and bionics mechanism of drag reduction, studied and discussed the critical component of the long rhizomatic Chinese herbal medicine of harvester's excavation. According to the principle of bionics, the deep excavation ploughing colter and its free vibration mediation organization were designed, which achieved real-time flexible mediation during excavation.Analyzed the mechanism of the forced vibration and the free vibration'drag reduction , and some animals clawtoe which have good excavation functions and supply the geometric and biomechanical characteristics information. Build the finite element model of deep excavation ploughing colter and soil contact system, on the basis of experiment, determined the basic load on the deep excavation ploughing colter.Used Pro/E to build the three-dimensional solid model of free vibration elastic cell and deep excavation ploughing colter, and adopted the finite element analysis software to do the static and modal analysis of deep excavation ploughing colter. Gave the strain scattergram and characteristic of structural natural vibration of deep excavation ploughing colter during harvest procedure,determined the natural frequency of most obvious reaction by external force, analyzed the characteristics of principal mode during the relevant frequency range.The research suggested that selected the free vibration assignment to imitate the real time and flexible adjustable structure of the typical soil animals during a dig, while integrated some animals clawtoe which have good excavation functions , supplied the geometric information to optimized to improve the deep excavation components. It could solve the perennial problem of the long rhizomatic Chinese herbal medicine of harvester's excavation effectively, reduced the resistance ,tool worn, and the energy consumption, with a major useful results for engineering.
