Chinese herbal medicine has a great application prospect in wood preservation,in order to improve the Chinese herbal medicine as a wood preservative,this topic will introduce nanotechnology,the Chinese herbal medicine with spectrum antimicrobial properties of nanometer TiO2 by sol gel method,antibacterial properties of the two complement each other,at the same time,using the method of hydrothermal compound modification of wood,the wood of the corrosion and erosion resistance performance.This paper mainly studies the preparation of nanometer TiO2 modified wood,the best way to study the preparation of nanometer TiO2-the best technology of Chinese herbal medicine compound antiseptic timber,compare nano TiO2-Chinese herbal medicine compound anticorrosive wood and nano TiO2 modified wood and Chinese herbal medicine processing material corrosion and erosion resistance performance,using transmission electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis and X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis of nanometer TiO2-Chinese herbal medicine compound anticorrosive wood,analyze the distribution of nano TiO2 in wood,and with the combination of wood and its composition,to expound nanometer TiO2-the combination of Chinese herbal medicine compound anticorrosive wood mechanism.main conclusions are as follows:1.Tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source,TiO2 sol prepared by sol gel method,by changing the impregnation sequence of wood specimen preparation of TiO2 modification of three different materials,the results show that the wood impregnated in configured tetrabutyl titanate was prepared in the solution of TiO2 modified material weight gain rate,the largest is 9.04%;2.By hydrothermal sophora TiO2 sol composite anticorrosive wood,the results show that when the dipping time of 4 h,the amount of titanium source is 10 ml,dipping temperature is 90 ?,PH to 1 wood sample increases the weight of 0.33 g,weight gain rate was 21.08%,the maximum weight loss rate minimum is 1.6%;3.The indoor corrosion experiment results show that the TiO2 sol-Chinese herbal medicine compound processing of wood weight gain rate and corrosion properties of Chinese herbal medicine processing the specimen and TiO2 sol treatment has obvious increase,decay resistance performance by class II corrosion to grade I decay resistance,strong corrosion grades;Corrosion performance by began to respectively:TiO2 sol-sichuan pepper,TiO2 sol-common cnidium fruit,the TiO2 sol-sophora,TiO2 sol-st John's wort,TiO2 sol beivedere fruit;TiO2 sol-Chinese herbal medicine compound anticorrosive wood the optimal concentration of 0.8 g/ml,the weightlessness rate is minimal,respectively 1.32%,1.48%,1.71%,2.52%,3.01%;Resistance to erosion test results show that:After nanometer TiO2 with Chinese herbal medicine compound processing of wood samples is the turnover rate of Chinese herbal medicine processing material decreased greatly.Nanometer TiO2-Chinese herbal medicine compound antiseptic timber weight gain rate increased with the increase of solution concentration increased,turnover increased with the increase of the concentration decreases first,when the solution concentration is 0.6 g/ml minimum turnover,the erosion resistance is best.4.EDX analysis results showed that the TiO2 and Chinese herbal medicine into the internal timber;SEM observation found that TiO2 particles and Chinese herbal medicine into the wood cell wall and timber catheter and pit is the main seepage channels,in addition TiO2 sol can increase the permeability of Chinese herbal medicine;FTIR analysis results showed that the TiO2 is not only able to enter inside the wood,and wood components by means of physical adsorption to form hydrogen bond association,can also with cellulose and hemicellulose in the carboxyl or lignin phenol hydroxyl form chemical bonds,coordination and fixation in wood components.
