"Bazheng San" was of representative compatibility eight categories of Chinese herbal medicines,of discarding fever and purging pathogenic fire,of promoting diuresis for stranguria,In the experiment,"Bazheng San" in the ancient formula and "Added Bazheng San" maked up according to the theory of compatibility,will apply in artificial established FC,and carry out pharmacodynamics observation,evaluating dependability research of FC and damp-heat flowing down to the urinary bladder.purpose:Through establishing the artificial patho-model of FC,adopt the pharmacodynamics research of "Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San" treating on the artificial patho-model of FC,trying to illuminate the classification of syndrome in the differentiation of symptoms and signs of Chinese veterinary surgeon,and supplying a correct rout for FC's therapeutics.Methods:1.Antimicrobial experiment:Antimicrobial experiment of "Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San" was taken by using ten times echelon diluting method and Oxford cup method. 2.The establislment of FC patho-model:2-weeks-old local chickens(n=108) were randomly divided into nine groups,which were eliminating toxic material through abdomen subcutaneous injection in each of three difference dilution and dosage,origin bacterial culture and10-2,10-4 dilution,and 1ml,0.5ml,0.25ml dosage,after that, observe each group fowl's clinical setting,spirit,foraging,drinking water,faeces,breath and so on,at last,dissect and check the death fowls,and take liver to of bacteria isolating culture.Observing 48 hours,take note of the death information.According as the disease incidence 100%and the death rate 70%in 72h,determine the dilution and the dosage of bacterial culture.3.Pharmacodynamics experiment:2-weeks-old local chickens(n=90) were randomly divided to 6 groups,which were healthy control group(A group),pathological control group(B group),"Bazheng San" BS(75mg/ ml,5 days,BS)(C group);"Added Bazheng San" ABS(75mg/ml,5 days,ABS)(D group);"Huanglian Jiedu Tang" HJT(50mg/ml,5 days,HJT)(E group) and florfenicol control group(F group),collect and dissect mortuary chickens,taking pictures of pathological change,and make manufacture tissue section.4.The effect of "Bazheng San" and Aadded Bazheng San" in free radical and blood uric acid:marching simultaneously with pharmacodynamics experiment,collect the blood at 0h,38h,72h after first administration,detecting the value of SOD,MDA and the content of blood uric acid in the blood plasm.Result:1.Antimicrobial experiment of "Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San",the value of MIC were differently 1000～750mg/ml and above 1000mg/ml.The result of bacteriostasis collar:have no obvious bacteriostasis collar.2.The establishment of patho-model of FC:belly subcutaneous inoculation 10~5—10~6CFU/ml E.coli,0.5ml/100g.3.Result of pharmacodynamics experiment:the effect of "Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San" on FC was elevating the survival rate(p＜0.05);"Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San" could have evident protection in tissue process.4.The effect of "Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San" in free radical:B group,the value of SOD decreased and the value of MDA increased continuely,contrasing with the healthy control(A group) having notable discrepancy(p＜0.05).The group of "Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San"(C group,D group),the value of SOD increased and the value of MDA decreased continuely.The effect of "Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San" in content of blood uric acid:B group,content of blood uric acid was increasing continutely,contrasing with the healthy control(A group) had notable discrepancy(p＜0.05).the group of "Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San"(C group,D group),content of blood uric acid was decreased continuely.Conclusions:1.In this experiment,according to the viewpoint of Chinese veterinary surgeon,on the basis of the clinical symptom and pathological change of FC,FC could be diagnosed as damp-heat flowing down to the urinary bladder,and was applied the representative formula of promoting diuresis for stranguria "Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San" to treate,showing satisfactory pharmacodynamic action,so that the viewpoint was correct that determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs on FC.It is effective that FC was diagnosed as damp-heat flowing down to the urinary bladder and2.The experiment results indicated that,the treatment mechanism of "Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San" producing a marked effect on FC,was not through killing or restraining the E.coli personally,but to elevate the ability of organism removing free radicle,and to depress the degree of lipid peroxidation;"Bazheng San" and "Added Bazheng San" could strengthen the metabolism function of blood uric acid,and depress the deposition of urate in organism.
