The salt-alkali soil is a widely existent soil style and has greatly potential value in use. The covered content by vegetation is very low and the environment is weak in salt-alkali land. If growing the salt-tolerant plants in salt-alkali land, this will bring the economic benefit and increased the covered content in salt-alkali land. Selecting the breed adapted to salt-alkali land has important meaning to develop salt-alkali land and increase the covered content of vegetation in salt-alkali land. This thesis studied the diversity of the biomass and the N content of wild soybean varieties 5755,9-3,312-3,"zhongye No.1"and"zhongye No.2"and the C/N content in soil,at the condition of salt stress. The results as follows:1 The wild soybean variety 5755 was adaptive to grow in salt- alkali land.(1) At the condition of salt stress, the biomass of wild soybean variety 5755 was larger than wild soybean variety 9-3,312-3,"zhongye No.1"and"zhongye No.2". The height of wild soybean variety 5755 was larger than soybean varieties"zhongye No.1"and"zhongye No.2". The ability of survive and growing of wild soybean variety 5755 were better than soybean variety 9-3,312-3,"zhongye No.1"and"zhongye No.2".(2) At the condition of salt stress, the absorbable content to N in soil of wild soybean variety 5755 was higher than soybean variety 9-3,312-3,"zhongye No.1"and"zhongye No.2". The C/N in soil of wild soybean variety 5755 was lower than soybean variety 9-3,312-3,"zhongye No.1"and"zhongye No.2". The absorbability and use to N in soil of wild soybean variety 5755 was better than soybean variety 9-3,312-3,"zhongye No.1"and"zhongye No.2".(3) At the condition of salt stress, the experimental characters of wild soybean variety 5755 had no remarkable diversity with the control and were better than 9-3,312-3,"zhongye No.1"and"zhongye No.2". These show that the salt tolerance of wild soybean variety 5755 was better than 9-3,312-3,"zhongye No.1"and"zhongye No.2"and was more adaptive to grow in salt- alkali land.2 The saline content in salt- alkali soil, which was applied ordinary soil, decreased to the level of ordinary soil after one year. The saline content in soil was increased at the moment of irrigating seawater and generally decreased with the growing period of soybean. At the test of potted, the wild soybean could decrease the saline content in soil at a certain extent. The wild soybean had great effect to the composing of anion in soil and the composing of anion in soil changed from the period of salt-alkali soil to the period of harvest.3 The covered content of soil by plants may reflect the growing character of plants. At the condition of salt stress, the relation of magnitude between the covered content of land by plants and the biomass of plants was the same. This shows that the bigger the covered content of land by plants was, the bigger the biomass of plants was.In the status of the potted and field plant, the content of salt in salt-alkali soil decreased with the growing time of soybeans; the salt-tolerant character and the covered content to soil of wild soybean variety 5755, which grow on the salt-alkali land with high content of salt at all and the balance of dynamic, needs future study. At present, there are no uniformly physiological indexes to the salt-tolerant character of plants. If find the rule between the apparent character and physiology of plants, this will greatly promote the development of the salt-tolerant study of plants.
